Terrible experience from move in - with no cleaning or normal maintenance before starting my lease. Unresponsive to my initial list of property issues to address, including doors and windows unable to close or lock. The two major maintenance items that came up during my year-long lease were not addressed to the detriment of the property's value. Upon lease end - I chose not to renew because of the poor service and their request to raise the monthly rental fee - they proceeded to bill my security deposit for the items submitted throughout the year that weren't addressed and some of which they had me pay for/complete on my own dime.
Currently looking at court proceedings to recoup some of my Deposit.
