defective, or damaged in shipping, any costs and shipping fees would have been waived/refunded.This customer's credit card was refunded on 09/28/2016.  It can take up to 14 days for the returns team to receive and process and return.  Once received, it can take up to 7-10 days for the credit to appear on a customers account.  This policy is outlined on https://www.propper.com/return-exchange-policy.In regards to the $14.00 disputed amount, it is not within Propper's policy to refund, but will offer a one time courtesy.  Because the customer's card has already been refunded to the full extent of their purchase and shipping, we are not authorized to apply any additional funds to this card.  She will need to email the Director of Customer Service directly, in order to re-authorize a credit card to process a return.  [redacted]@propper.com
