Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The worker who took my sample was made aware that this is a custody situation regarding very young children and as stated in the previous response the trace test is appropriateMy issue that the option or information that there even is different testing levels is not an option on the checkin formThere is no customer educational materials available and my attorney was not informed on the availability of multiple test types either Regards, [redacted]

Dear Sir or Madam; 0.15in;">In regards to your complaint letter dated June 23rd, ( ID [redacted] ) - the client involved, came into our facility on 5/23/ She was sent by her attorney (who gave her a filled out release form), and she stated that she needed a hair test She was asked what type of hair testThe client looked at her records, and said she needed a Panel hair test She was then asked if it was a standard Panel hair testShe stated "Yes" A standard Panel hair test is taken from the head, the time-frame goes back days (minus the most recent 10-days), and has standard cutoff levels The complaint listed is that she was not offered LOD (limit of detection) or indicate any usageThis is not included on a standard Panel hair testIt is a specialty item and adds an additional cost of $per test If this was of importance to the client's case-either her or her attorney should have requested, asked about, or explained their particular situation, prior to her collection/testing There is an additional fee for that service, and due to the nature of the drug testing industry and hair testing-most judges do not allow LOD or indicate any usage in court cases-due to the possibility of incidental or passive exposure LOD or indicate any usage is mainly done only by private individuals (parents) in divorce or custody cases-for small children or teens, in cases of exposure or to detect extremely small amounts that would be significant and could extremely effect those young clients It appears that the complainant did not make herself clear of her requirements prior to the testing Please feel free to contact me with any questions Thank you, [redacted] @ ProResults

Dear Sir or Madam;
0.15in;">In regards to your complaint letter dated June 23rd, 2014 ( ID [redacted]) - the client involved, came into our facility on 5/23/14.
She was sent by her attorney (who gave her a filled out release form), and she stated that she needed a hair test.
She was asked what type of hair test. The client looked at her records, and said she needed a 5 Panel hair test.
She was then asked if it was a standard 5 Panel hair test. She stated "Yes".
A standard 5 Panel hair test is taken from the head, the time-frame goes back 90 days (minus the most recent 10-14 days), and has standard cutoff levels.
The complaint listed is that she was not offered LOD (limit of detection) or indicate any usage. This is not included on a standard 5 Panel hair test. It is a specialty item and adds an additional cost of $75.00 per test.
If this was of importance to the client's case-either her or her attorney should have requested, asked about, or explained their particular situation, prior to her collection/testing.
There is an additional fee for that service, and due to the nature of the drug testing industry and hair testing-most judges do not allow LOD or indicate any usage in court cases-due to the possibility of incidental or passive exposure.
LOD or indicate any usage is mainly done only by private individuals (parents) in divorce or custody cases-for small children or teens, in cases of exposure or to detect extremely small amounts that would be significant and could extremely effect those young clients.
It appears that the complainant did not make herself clear of her requirements prior to the testing.
Please feel free to contact me with any questions.
Thank you,
