I thought it would be very difficult to get this job done because of the vinyl siding, but [redacted] at Pro-Rise as very knowledgeable about how to get this type of paint job done. Through top-quality paint from [redacted] , our house looks brand-new and the vinyl siding looks flawless. [redacted] at Pro-Rise was fantastic from start to finish in handling what we wanted done inside our house and for the exterior. Everything was done in a timely fashion with true professionalism. My family was moving into a **'s home that was recently painted and partially renovated by a handyman The work was passable, but the finishing was poor Drywalling was not finished cleanly and painting was uneven I looked for a team who I felt could get the work done to my satisfaction, and ultimately chose to go with ***'s team at ProRise He was quick to respond and arrange for a quote which was very fair compared to others *** was well organized and easy to communicate with - phone calls/emails were replied promptly Job was completed within the time quoted, and extra cost items were quoted at a reasonable price *** was my onsite project manager and performed some stellar drywall repair The kitchen was patched up and smoothed out to what it should have been We also had a bedroom wall with some creative plaster scallops which he skim coated and turned back into a nice smooth finish Did I mention he did all the interior work, along with some exterior painting, all with an aircast boot on his foot?! We had about 1700sq.ft painted by the ProRise team and they did a great job Place looks much better than before! There were some deficiencies as is the case with most jobs, but they were all taken care of promptly *** came when the job was complete for a walkthrough and gave some tips on maintenance and cleanup Leftover paint for future touch-ups along with a thank-you card was a nice gesture I'm glad we selected them, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a competent team

I recently bought a Townhouse that required some serious TLC! Specifically, the popcorn/textured ceiling.  It mocked me with its multiple textures and general ugliness.  I knew that repairing it would be a big job and I was really hoping to get it done while I was out of the countryI had got several estimates, but wasn't quite ready to hand over my keys.  Until I decided to get one more quote. That is when I met Joseph. I knew right away that he and his team were the ones for the job, he was the first person to see the potential, as opposed to just the scope of work.  Not to mention that he is incredibly organized and could present liability insurance and everything that would be needed for me to make an informed decision and the documents required by strata. The estimate was comparable to other reputable companies that I had recieved previously.  I was finally ready to hand over my keys.  I didn't worry about a thing while I was away because I knew the team had it handled
Chivan, Joel and Paolo did a great job.  They helped my home reach its full potential and I got to have a stress free vacation, without living through renos. When I returned there were a couple touch ups that were taken care of right away

I had a tight timeline to get my rental unit painted after my previous tenant left without proper notice. I called Joseph and he was able to come the same day, actually within one hour and provide me with an attractive quote. This was the second time I used ProRise, initially used to paint my own residence. Joseph was able to coordinate the work within the time allotment I required. We hired ProRise to repaint our apartment and we were impressed by their professionalism. The project details in the contract included all the information we were looking for, such as a comprehensive list of the areas to be repainted, materials to be used, and the estimated job length. It was straightforward and clarified any expectations. They gave good recommendations on the color and materials, such as using washable latex paint for the bathroom walls. We also received regular updates on the status of the project without us having to hunt somebody down to get answers. Aside from the painting job, ProRise was also able to do some carpentry work for us. We thought we would need to hire somebody else to do the carpentry before the apartment was repainted but thankfully, ProRise was able to accommodate this additional work. They replaced the baseboards of the hallway bathroom with a material more resistant to moisture. One of the bedroom doors was replaced and the door of the master bedroom was resized so that it would close properly. They finished all the carpentry and repainting work at the expected time and at a reasonable cost. When we noticed areas that needed touch ups, they came and fixed them. We had a really good experience with ProRise and we would definitely hire them again for future painting projects.
