Pros Sealcoating & Paving

Was supposed to fix crakes in the drive way, fix concrete and patch the whole driveway. We signed a contract I paid 300.00 down balance due when finished. Put down 1 coat of liquid black top coat. Than he tried to get 750.00 more money I said I wouldn’t give him any more money until he completed the job said he was going to go get more black top and Sealcoating. Left and never came back I have called him about 5 times

Hello, I wanted to write on a complaint of a Tony S and wife Sylvia S owning "Sealcoating and Paving" with address 7584 Kenny Road, Columbus Ohio, 43220 (per their contract). He will use phone number 614-736-8869 and 614-598-5538 for contact.My husband had signed a contract with him for $750 deposit via check (written to Sylvia S) and was cashed on April 25th of this year. We are still waiting to hear from him to complete our porch or outdoor work as agreed upon, discussed and signed via contract. We were extremely patient with him with reported medical emergencies with family and a "busy schedule" throughout the summer (since April 25th), but can't get in touch with him even to schedule a date for him to come back out to our home. Both my husband and I have attempted multiple times to reach him and requested a refund with no response. We have talked with Chase bank and located where he cashed the check, however, they can provide no assistance as the check was written and not altered in any way. I would love the money back, but more importantly want to make sure others are not scammed as we were from this man and wife. Thank you for any assistance you can provide in the matter. Coopers Paving contracted to seal my asphalt driveway on 5/31/2018.
They talked about the product's quality, lasting, and drying speed.
They sealed the driveway, on the same day. They were paid.
One of their cleanup rags was left on the side walk, and some sealant transferred to to the side walk.

After they left it rained. The some sealant ran down the driveway onto the concrete aprin, staining the concrete.

The concrete aprin and the sidewalk needs to be power washed and resealed with concrete sealant.

Hello, not sure what category my complaint falls under exactly. I have a service contract with this company and they were supposed to come back to finish the original work on 6/15/18. One of their workers knocked on my door recently, requesting to top coat my driveway. I told them yes, for free, per their contract. He stated we did the original work and I said yes. He told me he needed to make a phone call, got in his vehicle and took off down the street. I called the company on 6/6/18 and spoke to Vicki, who requested I send her a text with all of my information so I did. Vicki did not respond to my text so I texted her again on 6/11/18 and she never responded.

I was involved in a car accident and went to this company to repair my car. He never gave me updates unless I called and bugged him. Only time he called and harassed me was when he found out the check was coming to me. He told me he already ordered my parts quoted me a price but it changed when insurance was involved. Price went from 900 to over 1800 quick. So he kept calling until I gave him the money. My car was never being worked on and it was never fixed right. The time my car was supposed to be read he told me after I caught the Uber to his shop my car wasn’t done. Then I received a phone call my car was painted the wrong color. Before he gave me dates my car would be done and it was never correct. Yesterday my car was supposed to be done and it’s not. I got the car back with the wrong color light hanging and no gas cap . This is by far the worst company ever.
