Review: May 2, 2014 - Submitted an order to Prosapia Genetics for a service that uses genetic data to calculate point of ancestral origin. The algorithm they use requires us to upload a file from a previous service for them to crunch in a few minutes' time. I did this.The algorithm is stuck at 90% for days now.I have posted on the forums (username: [redacted]n) at prosapiagenetics.com and submitted a web form inquiry for this to be fixed but received no response. The company has posted on the forums saying the issue is resolved but it is not. They are no longer doing anything to fix the problemI would like a refund.Desired Settlement: Refund money submitted through PayPal.

To Whom It May Concern: Mr. [redacted] received a refund from Paypal on May 8th 2014, once we became aware of his problem. This was over a month ago. Please refer to Unique Transaction ID: 1G[redacted]204F in Paypal. Since the refund was made immediately and in full this complaint has no basis. Thank you for the attention to this matter.
