Dear Revdex.com:I am currently writing this letter as a response to the complaint by [redacted] fromOrchard ParkHer husband had contracted our company to do the snow plowing for the year attheir residence for the 2015-seasonFor the record this client has been very difficult toprovide service for, our contracts specifically say inch snow fall minimum and they wouldfrequently call us out for at times an inch of snow or lessThey would not allow us significanttime to provide service to their residenceSnow plow routes are like other peoples "normal" jobswhich can take anywhere from 4-hours depending on the snowfall and the road conditionsAtthe time of this specific instance it did not snow inches and we also have stated in ourcontracts we can not be held responsible for the snow that the town crews leave at the endWealso specifically state we can NOT guarantee times because we have to plow according theweather and the snowfall which can start and end at all different timesWe have provided themwith a pro rated refund for the remained of the year and they have accepted by cashing thecheckThank you.Sincerely,Matthew T***Proscapes
