Purchased shampoo and conditioner 2//19 for $50. Was not impressed, dried my hair out. Initiated return on 2//19 following instructions on site, asking for a full refund and a shipping return label via email, per their "satisfaction guaranteed" return policy. No reply. Sent 2nd email 3/*/19. Sent 3rd email 3/*/19. No reply to any of these. It has now been nearly 3 weeks since my first return request.
To whom it may concern:
Our team has attempted to contact this customer multiple times, via email and over the phone. She initially emailed us on Feb ***; we replied directly to her email the next day, on Feb ***. This was sent to the exact email address that the customer used to reach out to us. The customer did not see this email, so she followed up on March ***. We replied directly again on the same day, only 2 hours after she emailed us.
The customer followed up again on March ***, claiming she hadn't received a response. Since our emails clearly weren't being seen, our team called the customer; she did not answer, so we left a voicemail explaining that we'd emailed her with all the returns info and materials that she needed.
We attempted contacting the customer a 4th time today. We called her, but she didn't respond so we left a voicemail and another email. Since the customer has yet to open any of our multiple emails, we've refunded her transaction in full and explained that she no longer needs to return her products. She's all set.
