Excellent service. Technical persons are very knowledgeable of their products.

They are professional and came out within two hours on a Saturday. It was treated like an emergency call and they were so nice.

Very happy with the installation of my two central AC units. Very professional job.

Very happy with the services I have received, My vents were cleaned and sanitized. Also a/c tech replaced Capacitor, and cleaned drain line. My only complaint, well not really complaining but the 250 price on the capacitor replacement. It could've been a little cheaper. But I am happy with both technicians. I will use them again

Very disappointed with this company. I called them to check my HVAC unit. The guy came almost two hours later He didn't call me and went straight to the roof. After he opened the unit, he called me and told me that I need to replace a connector/relay, wire, and also they recommended to replace the capacitor. All together $490.

I asked if the capacitor doesn't need to be replaced I will go with the first option, only replacing the wire and connector. The guy replaced connector in front of me (I kept the original connector). I didn't see him replacing any wires. He charged me $280. I spoke to the manager and I was told they gave me a good rate and he replaced the wire before calling me. Usually, I was told they charge for a ladder $89.

Long story short, to my surprise, when I got home and tested the old connector with a multi meter it was in working order. Both coil resistance and connectors work well. The conclusion they probably replaced the faulty wire and replaced the old working connector with a new one for $280. I wouldn't trust this company. Such a rip-off.

On 11/17/2018 (Saturday), Mr. called Proserv America, LLC., requesting an appointment to fix his A/C unit; we had no appointments available and told him to find someone else to do the job. He begged for us to please help him and we were able to arrange for someone to be there between the hours of 1:00 and 1:30 pm approximately, and we showed up at 2:00 pm. There are circumstances beyond our control that can delay us, for example, work at a previous house that gets complicated or traffic, etc. When we arrived at his home, a gentleman opened the door, we introduced ourselves and asked if we were able to go on the roof to check the unit, and the gentleman said "of course, the unit is on the roof" (this is a 14-year old unit). Our technician inspected the unit and noticed that there was a shortage on the low voltage wire, which we had to replace in order to turn the unit on and evaluate. We then noticed that the 14-year old contactor was all rusted and faulty (working and not working); we went downstairs and recommended Mr. to replace the contactor because it was rusted and faulty, and he said "yes, go ahead and replace it." Mr. went up to the roof and positioned himself next to our technician and was able to see that we had replaced the contactor. When we finished the job, he signed our invoice stating, "Upon signing this receipt, customer is fully satisfied" and paid us in full the $280 dollars ($240 for the contactor and $40 for repairing the low voltage wire). From beginning to end, Mr. never requested for us to remove the contactor or to not do the repairs, but 5-minutes after our tech left his home, he called complaining that we had charged to much money and that his original contactor was working. The Manager spoke to Mr. and told him that we would go back to his house right then and there (the same day), and show him that the contactor is defective, but he said "no, you don't need to." In our opinion, the only thing Mr. wanted is for us to tell him the diagnosis, so that he could replace the contactor himself and not spend the money.

Unfortunately, it's only partially true. I was told that the connector has to be replaced because it wasn't working. I didn't have any tool on me to test the connector. That's why I took it with me and tested at home. In addition, AC is only 10 years old. Moreover, you never offered me to test the connector, you only told me to show the replaced wire. It's obvious that you are not telling the truth because I couldn't know that the connector in working condition until I got home. When I tried to call you, you were already closed.

It's very unfortunate that you guys have to lie to your customers to get more business.

At the end of the day, as your secretary told me today, it's my word against yours, go ahead and submit you complain to Revdex.com. The advice was taken.

I chose Proserv America after calling several different companies, deciding that Proserv was the better deal. I am glad I did choose Proserv because the service was wonderful and the staff was great to work with. Not only did I get a new AC for a reasonable price, but I was treated with honesty, respect, and appreciation. The best part is that I can utilize Proserv America for maintenance needs throughout the years to come with the service contract I purchased. Highly recommended!!

I have used this business several times in the past for all types of different services always very happy with them would definitely recommend to all my friends and family.

I used Proserv America to replace my air conditioners at home and my rental properties. The reason I use them time after time because their service is beyond my expectation. First, their quote is more than fair. I checked several other small contractors, their quotes were few hundreds dollars higher and without permit application. Second, Proserv America provided me with professional opinion on A/C options. Last but not least, the quality of work is noticable. They have a team of people to put the A/C unit. The installers secured the unit and electrician made sure the safety for running the unit. Everything is so neat and tidy. You can tell is a professional job. One time, I was glad they suggested me to change my electrical wiring. Otherwise, the unit could cause fire. The inspector did check the circuit breaker for proper wiring. If I did not correct the wiring problem, the permit would not be issued at once. It saved my time, and it means money. In addition, if you have any questions or issues after installation, they will come back to check them again and again until completely satisfy.

I don't really leave reviews but this company gave me such great service that I feel the need to express it. I needed a new a/c and after calling a few companies, this one sounded like the most professional. I made an appointment and the gentlemen arrived on time and was very helpful in explaining what was wrong with my a/c. They gave me a great price and installed it. Overall great experience.
