My mother had inservice do plumming repairs at her homeThe repair man was to fix leaky toiletsHe came to the house and did work reassuring the leaks were fixedThen we had a bunch of rain so we went under the house and then we found out the leaks were never fixedThey had been worse than beforeShe npw needs new flooring in her house and she tried to contact the company and all they could say is its not their faultWe called another company they fixed everything in half the time for half the price but she is still left with rotten floorsIt has been almost a year now since we first contacted them and they act like they are not at faultHer floors were fine before thisIf he would have done it right the first time she wouldnt be in this situation

I highly discourage anyone from utizing this company for thier heating and cooling needsWe utilized this company last year for the instillation of two heating/cooling units totalling over $10,Initally we believed we were utilizing a reputable company, however since the install we have needed to have several service calls on the untis installed due to issues, the most recent being our furnace not working on a day that is a record low for the winter seasonWhen we have called to set up appointments for a service call either the secretary has called to cancel the appointment at the last minute or the technician just hasn't shownWhen we expressed the littlest frustration this last time regarding the consistent cancelling of service call, the customer service worsened to one of complete unprofesional remarks and a refusal to address the issues of thier unitsWe have decided to utlize [redacted] from this point forward for our heating and cooling needs as they have excellent customer serviceWe recommend others do the same

We have used ProService a few times for repairs in the last yrs The service they provided to us was for heating and a/c repairs, plumbing repairs, replacement of a patio door, replacement of damaged drywall that had gotten wet, and even a broken doorbell replaced We could not be more satisfied with the work they have done; quality work performed on each occasion by punctual and courteous personnel ProService is our "go-to" home repair company*** * ***

I paid this firm almost $to make repairs to the roof over the deck at my home The repairs have made the roof leak worse than it did before Repeated telephone calls to the firm for the past months have resulted in nothing but promises by representatives of the firm to return to my home to evaluate/take action to stop the leaks

I would like to express my gratitude for the service I received from In Service LLC They came for the emergencys I had on separate occasionsThey were quick to come both timesI had a flooded basement one of the timesThe man checked a few things and found the plugged lineIt was in the middle of winter, very cold outsideHe ran the snake a few times, found the plug (tree roots)He was very respectful, he knew what he was doing and did not complain about the coldIt was a good experience with a plumberThe price was with in reasonI highly recommend this company

We received the complaint on 8/29 by email from the Revdex.com. They stated that they had sent us 2 notices. We have no idea where the notices went because we did not receive them. Mrs. [redacted] had called our office on 7/20/14. She stated that...

she was upset and would like a call back because another company came out and fixed her problem. I discussed this with the technician on call and then I called Mrs. [redacted] back. We discussed the fact that the other company got the unit running and that was because the compressor must have been kicked out on thermo overload after it blew up her capacitor completely destroying it. I told her it was possible that we missed it and because of that I would happily refund her money and hope that she would use us again. We run 2600 service calls a year and this is the first such call that I have received in many years. The windings should have been checked on the compressor and we felt our technician did make a mistake by not checking this. This was probably what caused it to trip on overload. We did refund her money at the begging of August. The check did clear the bank on August 4, 2014. Because of the diagnosis and the age of the unit a replacement of her unit would have been necessary. We did quote her a good price. We did not do that for any other reason but to help out our customer. We are a Christian based business. We are not in business to sell parts nor do we replace parts that we know they do not need replaced. We did refunded her money before we ever knew about the complaint, because our motto here is "We do not do unhappy customers".
