I first became aware of Mr [redacted] concern and complaint after a review was posted on the Noah’s Grooming Salon’s Facebook page I immediately reached out to [redacted] to ask for details He responded quickly I then told him that I would need to discuss this with the practice manager for that Noah’s facility along with the hospital director This all occurred over the weekend of 7/– 7/ After gathering more information on Monday, 7/13, it was decided that Noah’s would indeed refund Mr [redacted] money for the grooming service I emailed [redacted] on that evening and the check for the refund was prepared on Tuesday the 14th I again communicated with [redacted] on the 15th of July to let him know that check was on its way to his home Please let me know if I can help answer any other questions about this case [redacted] ***, BSc, CVJ Practice Manager/Director of Operational Development Noah’s Animal Hospitals 317-823-(office)

After gathering more information on Monday, 7/13, it was decided that Noah’s would indeed refund Mr. [redacted] money for the grooming service.   I emailed [redacted] on that evening and the check for the refund was prepared on Tuesday the 14th.  I again communicated with [redacted] on the 15th of July to let him know that check was on its way to his home.
