My husband and I had a salesman named Logan come talk to us about bug control and there services. Our concern was Not bugs, but the moles we have destroying our yard. Logan walked us threw everything the service covered, which included mole service/ grub control. So we decided to try there services. It would total out to $*** for the year. This would include inside and outside bug control, grub control and insuring all eggs are killed. The next day the pro shield shows up to do their thing. What they did was the same thing I could have done with home defense! The guy literally just walked around the outside of my house! Not only did he not do my mole services he didn't even spray the inside, shed or my sunroom. The next morning my husband contacts the company. They processed to tell us that grub control are not included in our service's! He tells us we can spend an extra $*** a month on top of the $*** We already for the service. This company falsified the services that they are providing, jut to get our business! I would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere as they are not a trustworthy business!

Hi Raschelle, I apologize for the miscommunication experienced with the sales representative. The branch manager in *** issued a refund for $*** to CC ending *** on 5/15/20. I again apologize about the incident, and hope you end up finding a solution to your mole problem.

I appreciate your response and refund. I do want others to be aware of the sale rep and there false advertising. Thank you so much for your time.
