John and Hunter arrived a bit early and quickly assessed the sewer clog issue They cleared the pipes, flushed them with hose water and validated everything was working properly Finally, they assured the warranty would cover for days so if we had issues again to call for immediate help

I normally don't do reviews but certainly happy with their meticulous installation and cleanupI was also impressed with their knowledge of the Trane HVAC system and felt comfortable asking them questions about the installation of the high tech system since the thermostat talks to the condenser and air cleanerI have a HVAC background from many years ago and was happy with the commercial installation in a residential house using a flexible flue pipe along with treaded pipe instead of those lousy chains used to hang the furnace in the atticThe crew did the installation in record time of hours and the Trane air conditioner is very quiet and a great SEER rating of 18......take that APS!!! Tired of paying high electric bills to APS
I would recommend this installation crew to anyone and the company Proskill will follow up in a couple of weeks with a quality control inspection of the installation......you get what you pay for and Carl and Drew didn't cut any corners during the installation and were an outstanding team
Keith from Proskill Plumbing and Heating did the follow up to the installation of my air-conditioning and heating system and verified the pressures were within the operating tolerance of the unitI also appreciate Keith adding some wire mesh to the outside condenser unit to prevent any rodents from entering the unitI don't have any rodent issues here but that was over and beyond what I expected from the follow up installation inspectionThanks Keith for the overlook of the installation and would recommend this company and costomer service to anyone

I had Proskill out to fix a vacuum breaker for my irrigation system that was leaking They replaced not only the breaker but also switched a section of PVC to copper pipe to make for a stronger connection Israel Adid an excellent job while providing a few tips about the work he was doing His work was impeccable and he was very friendly I've used Proskill in the past to replace two AC units and they did a great job with that as well Highly recommended!
