ProSkill Plumbing was outstanding from my initial call talking with Garrett, establishing the great pricing over the phone, scheduling my appointment to best fit our schedule and the timely arrival of Doug our installer. Doug was very polite and took his time to set the expectations of time needed and how he would perform this hot water installation. Everything went well and we are very satisfied. We highly recommend them.

Joseph helped us with an after hours service call ! Made it to us in a very quick , middle of July 112degrees today. A/c gave him some challenges and he didn't give up ! Thanks again for going the extra mile !!

Joseph installed our new water heater. We live on the second story, and he removed our old WH without complaints or help from my husband. We had Proskill replace our heating and air conditioning system today. The team--three technicians--arrived on time and were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They removed and replaced my systems in about 6 hours. Also they were tidy, not leaving a mess anywhere in my home, especially the closet. I completely recommend Proskill to replace your heating/ac system.

Proskill came to check my hard water system, and efficiently serviced it as expected. Greg chatted with me about my hot water heater, and I had forgotten that I had problems with a leak, and with draining it some time ago. He very quickly explained it's age, and I was happy to get a replacement. Greg was great in doing a difficult replacement, and I would recommend him highly to anyone.

Called ProSkill on a Sunday with an emergency A/C problem. Keith showed up a couple of hours later analyzed the problem and fixed it. A/C back up and running in 115 degree heat. He was honest about the problem and the charges were a lot less than I expected. A real professional with real people skills. A pleasant surprise and now ProSkill will be my go-to team for any plumbing or HACV issues. Can't recommend these guys enough.

I was 100% satisfied with the service that I received from Jackie, Garrett and especially Mark, the installer. My hot water heater sprung a leak on Sunday night and Proskill had Mark at my house Monday morning at 10:30 to install a new tank. Everyone was knowledgeable about what I needed and did not make any attempt to up-sell me during this stressful time. Mark was amazing. He's knowledgeable, extremely neat and conscientious. In addition to being an excellent technician, Mark's a really wonderful person. I'm going to switch over to Proskill for all my needs!
