DO NOT USE ANDREW'S ROOFING UNLESS YOU WANT A LEAKY ROOF IN 6 MONTHS. I bought a house that had its roof put on brand new by Andrew's Roofing in January of this year. The day I closed, July 19th, there was a big rain storm. I came to my new home the next day excited only to find water spots (that weren't there during my closing inspection) from the roof in 2 rooms. I had the paper work with the warranty so I called. I was told I had to wait at least 4 weeks for them to come inspect it to see if it was indeed warranty work. Ridiculous amount of time to wait for a leak in your roof during the rainy season. Their excuse for the wait? They had a lot of calls in for leaks under warranty (hmmmmmm). They eventually came out and "said they fixed" the issues where items weren't properly sealed on install (they installed it). Now remember they WILL NOT FIX ANY INTERNAL DAMAGE that is caused by their shoddy workmanship. Called a second time a month later because of a leak in another spot. Another 4 week wait because of SOOOOO many warranty calls. They told me that one is because my window seal is leaking and charged me $150.00 for nothing. Now here I am calling yet again (only owned the house about 2 months now) for the same 2 original spots they told me they fixed. I have water leaking into those rooms through the attic and the ceiling drywall is soft and dripping. Again at least a 4 week wait while my roof leaks anytime it rains because they have too many warranty calls. **PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.** They don't care about you, other than the money in your pocket that they want in theirs.

Be aware that their "Workmanship Warranty" does not cover them repairing any internal damage their shoddy work causes. I just bought a house that had a full new roof done by Andrews Roofing in February of 2016. I settled in July and had to call 3 days after settling because a storm rolled through and there was water damage in 2 upstairs rooms due to un-sealed flashing and rubber boots around vents. It took my realtor calling them to expedite getting the repair team out to even look at my roof to determine if it was in fact warranty work and that was a week later (so more damage with all the rain we've been having). I was happy the repair was done and asked when I could expect internal repairs to start? I was informed they do not repair any internal damage caused by their workmanship. Now 2 weeks after having purchased my lovely new home I am calling again for the second time, for another spot in a different room, probably for what I am going to guess is improperly sealed flashing. I am now going to have to wait another 1 to 2 weeks to receive a call to set up a time for them to come out and determine if it is warranty work and hopefully repair it. Please, please, please research your companies prior to picking. The previous owner of my house was taken to the bank for this job and even with a transferrable warranty it's not worth the hassle you or the next people to buy your house will have to deal with. I have to wait to get this issue fixed before I can PAY OUT OF POCKET to have repairs done internally because the damage is under what my deductible is for homeowners insurance. If I have any one else come out sooner to repair it so that I do not have any more water intrusion damage, then the workmanship (if you can call it workmanship) warranty is void. So wait I must.
