Review: Placed an order (7/31/14) via chatline on their website for a product with its PSSL01 rep, [redacted] He guaranteed that the item was in stock (get the item from "secondary" location which can be done in 15min) and not to place an order with competitor's lower prices due to the competitor having me wait a week for the item to be available. Invoice billed and payment requested via Paypal. The amount paid 7/31/14 and got on chatline on 8/2/14 to get an update on the order. I was told that it was in backorder and did not have a date. Explained to the rep, PSSL02, that's not what was promised. After several texting, the rep could not come to a acceptable result but for me to wait and see what [redacted] can do, though it will be on Monday, 8/4/14 at the earliest. In the middle of texting, the rep stopped responding after I had explained to them if we cannot come to an acceptable conclusion, I would report to Revdex.com, Paypal and their CEO.Desired Settlement: Full refund or some sort of additional discount on the item in question. I have lost some savings by ordering with PSSL and now, additional time taken to resolve this issue.

Complaint has been resolved.

I refused an order because an order was not calculate right and I got charge good 10% fee restocking. I asked them to weave it since it's my first time they said no. I shop online a lot. 99% of the time when I refused an order, I get a full refund, but not from PSSL.com.
