Again this problem surfaced soon after the floor was installed in my rental house. Prosource was recommended by my brother [redacted]. The salesperson was nice and said the floor we purchased should last many years. They suggested their best installer from he sheet they provided to me. He did install the floor and has many years of experience. Soon after the floor tiles separated. What I did not tell you is that the renter used to sell and install flooring and he said the floor was not working properly. I saw the gaps myself. This is the same problem that I have been trying to get fixed from the very beginning- two years ago!  All Prosource has done is stonewalled me by taking 2 years to fix a problem that was identified. Again, the installer blames the manufacture and the manufacture blames the installer and the floor is still incorrect. After contacting Prosource by telephone many, many times and emailing them management just gives me excuses. They need to sell and stand behind their product which is why I contacted the Revdex.com.Thanks Revdex.com for trying to help.
