After almost breaking my ankle from mowing, we had no choice but to get it done. Our driveway, just drive through Harrowgate Meadows. Almost half of the concrete driveways are narrowed toward the road, the company's reasoning, its deals with Cheater city ordnance code. To fix it, another 5 grand if not more. If your thinking about buying, stop by Harrowgate Meadows and talk to the homeowners first without the comapny present. This was our mistake of not doing before we sined our contract. Review: Our house was built between August & November 2013; the builder had to cleara lot to build the house. Our issues are the outside with the driveway andyard. Our yard was not graded properly and no top soil was applied. When itrains a gully was formed that drained the dirt and water onto the driveway.The yards appearance is terrible; it looks like speed bumps all over. We hadour yard fixed with a different contractor and paid out of pocket. Thedriveway is sinking and nothing drains off there it just sits there until itdry's and leaves stains .. We had a contractor come out and fix our yard sothe water will have a place to go. We called the contractor that did ourdrive way and he said it was installed that way because they were in a hurryto lay the blacktop before the weather freezes and they will not fix itunder warranty but wanted 150.00 to resurface the driveway. We have sentseveral emails concerning the issues with the yard and our driveway only tobe ignored. We feel they should honor their work and fix our issues.Desired Settlement: Would like them to fix our driveway and be reimbursed for the out of pocket expense on our yard.
