The absolute worst place to take your car toI decided to go with Caliber because they were a Geico certified repair shop and it was the worst mistake I have EVER madeI went to pick the truck up after received a phone call telling me it was ready for pickupwhen I arrived there the first thing I noticed is the back of my truck literally looked like it was spray painted, they did not sand it down and paint it for the repair they simply through some paint on my truck and called me to come get itAfter pointing that out to the body shop manager, I then got in the truck and noticed neither one of my turn signals were working ( I was hit in the rear) The body shop manager got an attitude quickly and stated that they would fix the paint and look into the turn signal issue but he wasn't sure if the turn signals were due to the accident(Both taillights were replaced) I assured him that before they repaired the truck that they were for sure working and it was most certainty from the repair work they did A week later I received a phone call telling me the truck was ready for me to pick upI arrived at caliber and checked out the truck, they had fixed the paint and it looked decentI then asked the manager if the turn signals had been fixed and he paused and said they hadn't and it would be another week to do fix them and asked if I would come backI took the truck (stupidly) and agreed to bring it back in a few days to "fix" the turn signalsI had the truck for less than a couple hours and it started driving funnyfelt like it was going to stall out and wouldnt you know as soon as I got to Brandon (mins from sarasota) for work the truck breaks down on the side of the roadMy wife then had to call caliber and tell them to come get the truckNote I am now missing more work because of this and my wife also had to leave to come get meCaliber had my truck for a week in a half and called me said due to something with the four wheel drive is the reason my truck broke down and tried to charge me money(not true) I picked up my truck, took it to my work and literally the truck gets stuck in gear and will not reverseMy wife then calls calibers customer service to file a formal complaint and we take the truck BACK to caliber for the 3rd timeCaliber then realizes they are not capable of fixing my truck and sends it to a chevy dealerA week and a half goes by and I hear nothing, so I call and inquire about where my truck is and I call the dealership they sent it to, to get an updateOf course when I call to get an update on my truck caliber failed to inform the dealership of what was going on with my truck and it had already been there for over a week and halfAt this point we are a month out of me not my truck, it is still at the dealership and now they are saying something is wrong with the transmission and its not their faultSo not only has this place had my truck for a month but now I am expected to have to come off another $to fix my truck because they are taking no responsibilityDo yourself a favor and stay FAR FAR AWAY from this placethey are a bunch of crooks

Save yourself the trouble and find a New Shop!

Excellent repair on my Subaru after a wreck The communication process throughout was fastastic Really appreciate the great relationship they have with Enterprise Rent a Car to get me easily back and forth - I had a partner in the process, wasn't on my own

Chris was my Representative at Caliber Collision Great personal service, on the spot work ethics man who worked well with myself and the Geico adjuster Absolutly no problems, perfect paint match, respectful and attentive to every need Receptionist was just as helpful and eager to make sure the work was done as expected

I dropped off my car several weeks ago to have Caliber (store located at XXXXX Taladro Cir, Mission Viejo, CA XXXXX) fix the front bumper area of my car. I picked up my car on November 13th around noon after dropping off the rental car and was initially impressed with the way the car looked.

However, upon driving the car, I noticed that my air conditioning was completely broken, which was curious because it was working fine before and after I got in an accident. I drove my car back to Caliber and told them about the problem, dropping my car off a second time. After sitting in the office for about an hour they told me that they couldn't fix the problem until they ordered the right part. They received the part and called me on the following Tuesday to bring my car in for a third time. I had to borrow a car and have someone pick me up at the shop, which was rather inconvenient for both parties.

Caliber fixed the air conditioning system the next day, so I drove to the shop and picked it up again around 6:30pm. I turned the car on and the air conditioning worked perfectly - the airbag system, however, didn't. After troubleshooting the system, I dropped the car off at Caliber for a FOURTH time. Like the air conditioning system, this problem arose only AFTER Caliber worked on my car. Once again I had to borrow a car and get a ride. Eventually my car was finished correctly and I picked it up last Thursday, and so far there are no more problems.

Throughout this process I was in contact with the service advisor who repeatedly assured me that the car would be taken care off. I asked to speak with the manager several times to talk about these issues, but had no success. On Thursday she was too busy, and after being told several times that she would call, I waited on Friday (11/20) and Monday (11/23) and heard nothing back, even though I was told she would call me.

Overall, all I got from Caliber was lip service. They told me they would fix my car, but each time I dropped the car off it had a new problem. I was told I could speak with the manager, but each time she was too busy or simply didn't see it as a priority to call me back. Though the staff at Caliber is well-meaning and kind, they are simply incompetent. The service adviser also asked me to hide these issues from my insurance company and lie about it to them if they asked how the repairs went.

This is the first and last time I will be going to Caliber, and I'm sorry to say, but they were unprofessional and sadly inept. Next time I will be going to a place that can take care of my needs the first - not the fourth - time around.

The absolute worst place to take your car to. I decided to go with Caliber because they were a Geico certified repair shop and it was the worst mistake I have EVER made. I went to pick the truck up after received a phone call telling me it was ready for pickup.... when I arrived there the first thing I noticed is the back of my truck literally looked like it was spray painted, they did not sand it down and paint it for the repair they simply through some paint on my truck and called me to come get it. After pointing that out to the body shop manager, I then got in the truck and noticed neither one of my turn signals were working ( I was hit in the rear) The body shop manager got an attitude quickly and stated that they would fix the paint and look into the turn signal issue but he wasn't sure if the turn signals were due to the accident. (Both taillights were replaced) I assured him that before they repaired the truck that they were for sure working and it was most certainty from the repair work they did.

A week later I received a phone call telling me the truck was ready for me to pick up. I arrived at caliber and checked out the truck, they had fixed the paint and it looked decent. I then asked the manager if the turn signals had been fixed and he paused and said they hadn't and it would be another week to do fix them and asked if I would come back. I took the truck (stupidly) and agreed to bring it back in a few days to "fix" the turn signals. I had the truck for less than a couple hours and it started driving funny.... felt like it was going to stall out and wouldnt you know as soon as I got to Brandon (45 mins from sarasota) for work the truck breaks down on the side of the road. My wife then had to call caliber and tell them to come get the truck. Note I am now missing more work because of this and my wife also had to leave to come get me. Caliber had my truck for a week in a half and called me said due to something with the four wheel drive is the reason my truck broke down and tried to charge me money.... (not true) I picked up my truck, took it to my work and literally the truck gets stuck in gear and will not reverse. My wife then calls calibers customer service to file a formal complaint and we take the truck BACK to caliber for the 3rd time. Caliber then realizes they are not capable of fixing my truck and sends it to a chevy dealer. A week and a half goes by and I hear nothing, so I call and inquire about where my truck is and I call the dealership they sent it to, to get an update. Of course when I call to get an update on my truck caliber failed to inform the dealership of what was going on with my truck and it had already been there for over a week and half. At this point we are a month out of me not my truck, it is still at the dealership and now they are saying something is wrong with the transmission and its not their fault. So not only has this place had my truck for a month but now I am expected to have to come off another $1500 to fix my truck because they are taking no responsibility. Do yourself a favor and stay FAR FAR AWAY from this place... they are a bunch of crooks.

This was my first time using Caliber for a repair. My experience was awesome. Carolyn was our adjuster and Bud was the technician that did the work. They were timely and efficient.. They caught a problem during the estimate phase that others shops missed. They were accurate in their estimate of time and repair, even refunding money that was not used. They delivered on time and were courteous. Our car looks awesome. All of the staff was cordial and the car was delivered on time. I have no reservations recommending them at all. I would use then again without hesitation. They went above and beyond my expectations. If you need a car repaired, don't think twice about using Caliber. You will not be disappointed. They guarantee their work with a National warranty and do excellent work. I would not hesitate to use them again.

When my insurance company warned me tony to go with Caliber Collision they were right. They made a two day express job drag out to a two week nightmare. The guy handling my vehicle never once followed up with me after he repeatedly told me he would call and update me at eod. I have no idea where they get to claim the have top customer ratings because its a lie. If you want something done right I irge you to not go to Caljber Collision
