for our prospect at a higher amount than what we issued back to her. We apologized for the error, and made her aware that we would be re-processing the refund to reflect the correct amount. Unfortunately human error does occur in day to day processes, and we apologize when that is the case. We explained to the resident both in writing and over the phone that the situation truly was an error and we immediately apologized and corrected the error that was found. We most certainly pride ourselves in handling all interactions with the utmost ethics and making certain to always to right by the people that truly make our business possible, the people that are prospect in our homes or residents in our home. We most certainly strive to only do business with only the very best practices, unfortunately human error can occur from time to time. We welcome the opportunity to provide the best in customer service when issues of this matter may arise. I am rejecting this response because:It has been almost a month and I have yet to receive a refund. I was told that the check would have been mailed out last Friday and a week later nothing. I called and was told the check was approved on the 17th yet almost 4 weeks later it hasn't arrived? This is a joke. How many more complaints do I need to file? How many other agencies/bureaus do I need to reach out to in order for them to do whats right?
