Hi I can not access the original compliant to see prospect cycles response.,if I remember correctly he was saying that I am not the person who bought the bikeI am not the person who bought the bike my son was the one who they haven't he credit line toAnd that is one of the problems he is minor and was minor at the time that Bruce sold him the bikeI do have full authority from him and capital one to speak on his behalfAnd I am one stuck paying the bill since he is minor in school when he was given the credit line and he is still in school he had not job and doesn't still have a jobWe can not afford to pay the bill w the intersect the way it and have not paid for several months so it will never be paid offHe credit will be ruined to the to the negligence of prospect cycles.bruce knew exactly what he was doing when he sold my son that bike and told he would have one interest rate but was given anotherI am asking them to honor the agreement that was told to my son at the lower interest rate so we can try to pay off the bikeI also spoke w the owner of the shop a woman who said she was going to have the rate adjusted but it was not done I called her back several times and could not get her back on the phone againBottom line my son is minor and prospect cycles has habit of doing this to minor when they know the minor does have a way to pay the bill they do not care because as long they make a sale and they not responsible for the bill they don't care., they should not be allowed to give a minor a credit line without the proper finances to pay the billAnd my son did not know what he was dong at the time he was sold the bike and given the credit card he is kid who was happy to get a brand new dirt but that didn't know the financial burden it would cause for usThank you

First of all the person who is lodging this complaint is not a customer of Prospect Powersports or of [redacted]. This person is the mother of a young man who came into the dealership and already owns an ATV and had trouble with another dealer so we offered to help him out and repair the ATV...

for him. After that conversation he saw a motorcycle that appealed to him and asked if it was something that he could finance. At that point he had all of our finance promotions explained to him so that he could make an educated decision on which one to take. Then he filled out a credit application and was approved for that motorcycle. If this young man was to young to finance a motorcycle [redacted] would have declined his application. The fact that he got approved lets you know that he is of age and is capable of making his own decisions in life. When the motorcycle was prepared we then went through all of his paperwork including a finance contract and a promotional disclosure which the bank requires us to print out and explain to the customer so that there is clarity in the promotion that has been chosen. Furthermore I personally hold up every contract that I an about to have signed by a customer and point to the promotional rate and time period that it will last, In the 20 years that I have been doing this I have become very robotic and have created a delivery process that is very clear to the customer because the last thing that I want is to have an angry customer in front of me when they get their statement from the bank. This is our first Revdex.com complaint in 45 years of doing business and it is not even from our customer who by the way is very happy with his purchase also to the best of my knowledge none of his friends came in to make a purchase but he has been in for service on his new motorcycle and does not seem to have a problem with any aspect of his purchase except for the fact that his mother objects to it and does not like the promotional rate that he choseThank YouProspect management
