I have gone through 2 bad batteries in my vehicle in 11 months and [redacted] will not refund me or give me a new battery.[redacted] 2014 I had a battery replaced by [redacted] in my vehicle. In [redacted] 2015 my car wouldn't start. [redacted] diagnosed the issue as a bad battery - because the battery was too small for the V6 engine. I went back to [redacted] in Feb. 2015 and he replaced my battery - but said that "you can't really put small battery in a car."On [redacted] my car was at the dealership for some work and I was told the battery was bad. It was only performing 400 amps instead of 550, and this battery was not 5 weeks old.I went to speak to [redacted] on 4/1 and he said again "that you can't just put in a small battery in a car, that is not a thing, but I am not going to discuss that with you." I asked him for a refund and he said no, but he would replace the battery. I explained that I don't want him to put in another bad battery, but I want a refund. He can have this battery back. He refused. He told me to being the vehicle in for him to look at it, because he believes the dealership is lying to me. He said he would test the battery in front of me.On [redacted] I brought the vehicle in for him to test it. The machine had two gauges on it and one gauge was amps. The amps when to 250, but when I asked him about this, he said that "output was at 10 which is the max. This is a perfect battery." I asked him a question about this again, and he said "I am done with you, please leave now, and never come back."Desired SettlementI just want my [redacted] back so that I can go get a new battery. I told him that and he refused - multiple times.
