In the letter of intent, he gets $cash back for using us In the agreement, it states and this was explained to him, “If Insurance Company does not approve a complete replacement value roof claim, this contract will be null and void and Homeowner shall owe Red Mountain Roofing LLC nothing.” I provided a screen shot below. From December, we’ve been trying to get his insurance company to provide a full value roof replacement, but they are still coming up short of the full value As such, this contract or letter of intent is null and void Nonetheless, we still wanted to do our best for him, so we did provide him with a new bid, which our sales guy, Scott, dropped at his house after speaking with him on March 27th From that time, Scott has not heard from him and has attempted to contact him many times via telephone and by stopping by his house In addition, we’ve had no phone calls to our office from Patrick. Regarding our contacts:After Patrick signed the letter of intent with me, we’ve had contact persons working with Patrick Kevin McPherson was the first He works with the insurance companies to get a full valued claim Scott Tomlin came on and started communicating with him from the beginning of January On the 9th of January, Kevin emailed Patrick asking him to contact Scott as his primary contact He was in contact with him since then. Since we’ve not heard from Patrick and he mentioned that he doesn’t want to work with us, we are at a loss in knowing how to proceed with him Given that the contract is “null and void” without the full value, he is free to seek another roofing company if that is what he is after Can you help me to resolve this? Thank you. Not only am I willing to consider this resolved, I am willing to fully withdraw the complaint as long as the contract is considered null and void and they will not pursue damages if I hire another roofer. [redacted] [redacted]
