At this time, I have been contacted directly by Prosper Renovation, LLC regarding complaint ID 10586248, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
I received a money order mailed to me on April 29, 2015 for $50.00.The total amount of the refund should have been $650.00.I am not...

sure if he will be sending another payment and $650.00 was the amount paid to him, this does not include any extra money due to the stresses and extra costs incurred from having to get other person's involved to do this project. Thank you for all of your help, I greatly appreciate it as this has definitely put me in a financial position and every little bit helps.

Review: I entered a contract with Prosper Renovation, LLC. [redacted] collected $650.00 and abandoned the project. I was left with open walls and ceilings that needed repair due to his abandonment of the renovation. I have repeatedly asked for my money to be refunded and he has yet to refund me my money. As a result of his negligence, I was forced to take out a loan and have the work completed for more than twice the amount quoted to me and through another means. I am a single mother and caregiver for my 89 year old grandmother. Eugene Lefevre took advantage of me and my situation and has left me in a tremendous amount of debt. I have tried to be patient in this matter but I was supposed to have received a refund months ago and now I am exhausting other options in the hopes to have this situation resolved.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the $650.00 that I paid to [redacted], owner of Prosper Renovation, LLC. I would also like to receive money for the time and energy this is costing me. I would have never considered this renovation had I known the stress and cost that I would have incurred.
