To whom it may concern my name is Pauline V***, am responding on be half of Prosperity Auto Driving school INCregarding ** *** *** complaint .when *** *** was signing up for the lessons with Prosperity Auto Driving School we explain the school policy to him , we don't schedule
no lesson with out the student permission,if a student want to cancelled a lesson they have hours to do so we always go over the student schedule to make sure that they are OK with schedule.On 2017-06-** ** *** claim he had a lessons schedule that day our record show there was no lesson for him that day We reschedule the lesson for him on 2017-06-** he called and cancelled that lesson he said he couldn't do it that day ,I Pauline v*** spoke to him that day and cancelled the lesson for him,the weekend of Father's day 2017-06-** there was a double lesson schedule for him the instructor was running late that day he ch ose not to take the lesson.** *** has the choice to cancel or reschedule the lesson we don't force any of our customers to take driving lesson on a day or time they don't want to, we schedule student lessons according to their own personal schedule .** *** purchase the driving lesson for $he took driving lessons ,he wanted me to give two bonus lessons I told him I can I only can give him one he got really upset he said he wants his full refund I said to him I can not give you back $because you took driving lessons already I will give him the remaining balance of $230.** *** got really upset and Hang up the phone

As you can see from the poor grammar and word structure of the representative of this organization you can trust me there is a serious language barrier occurring between this woman and myself.  On the occasions I aforementioned, there is to be no dispute whether or not they either did not show, showed when they were not supposed to or were late.  If I need to, I will tell my credit card company to refund me for services not rendered.  If anyone within your organization has spoken to this woman, I am sure you understand clarity and understanding is NOT their strong point.  As to their policy, I have interested what their "policy" is.  They did not deliver what was promised, why should I pay for it?
