We recently hired this company to redo some wood floors in our homeI cannot begin to say what I nightmare this wasNot only did they make a mess with dust everywhere, they dropped off the wrong stain and actually put it on our floorsWe had approved a brown/grey sample and they put BLACK stain on our floorsThis had to be re-sanded and created even more of a messThe stain wrong stain was splattered all over my baseboards and left a dark black line around the roomThe company owner said they'd reimburse us for some of the cleaning and hotel expenses incurred but to date we have seen nothing and they haven't responded to our emailsI cannot say how HUGE of a DISASTER they createdUnfortunately, I had to hire another company (at my own expense) to paint my entire first floor and re-stain my floorsWe paid them in full up front and that was a big mistakeSTAY CLEAR OF THESE GUYS
