A 15% discount off a $110/hrlabor rate does not come close to 100% coverage of original faulty parts This brand-new trailer should have been covered under the manufacturer's warranty they promoted to me as part of the saleI would not have purchased this trailer from them without their assurance of the warranty The most important repair is the grey water gauge, which always says full That they said they couldn't fix I am also concerned that if I leave my trailer with them, they may close, as many/most of their employees were no longer there Will they refer me to another dealer to have the work done at their expense?

Business states they would be happy to further discount their service fees for the consumer, in hopes of coming to a satisfactory resolution for all

All new RVs sold come with an Original Equipment Manufacturer's Limited Warranty. In this case the OEM in question is Evergreen RV /  Skyline. In the case in question, the OEM has gone out of business and is no longer supporting the product or providing warranty...

coverage.http://www.rvbusiness.com/2016/06/evergreen-officials-we-suspended-oper... the selling dealer we have offered to take care of the issues that the customer had with the trailer for a 15% discount off of our labor rate.I apologize for not contacting the customer prior to her brining it to our facility.  It was an oversight on my part since the company went out of business after the point where we set up the repair appointment. We continue to support and repair these and all products that we sell. Unfortunately, when the OEM goes out of business, we must be reimbursed by the customer for any repairs. Please let me know if you have any questions.I can be reached directly at [redacted]

Great prices, unpretentious. We just purchased a travel trailer from them.
We've been searching for a unit for some time & visited numerous places including general rv, burlington rv, camping world, arts rv, etc.,
After doing the legwork, my advice is dont waste your time (other than educating yourself) actually attempting to buy a reasonably priced trailer at the other places, for us, they prey on people's ignorance & really dont seem interested in honest value offers. Its all about 'how much can I make on the sale" or they will look for another buyer.
Prosser's has a new sales location on Frontage road off of I94 in Sturtevant, Wi, & we almost missed the place thinking it was part of burlington rv up the road. You can see the trailers at the Prosser location heading northbound on I94, BUT, to get to Prosser's your exiting at rt 20 & you need to drive by the burlington rv gauntlet.
Just fyi, Burlington rv has a ton of expensive new stock & its no different than going to a slick auto dealership. The guy at Burlington took us around to see a few really beat up used rvs (beat up is all that they prefer to carry as it looks like they need to move new product over used) then point of the nice shiny new ones that they are sure we could afford. Burlington is a big facility to maintain- so id imagine, they need a large markup.
Down the frontage rd, at Prosser RV, the owner, [redacted], is there daily, an amicable guy, his staff reflects his values, so good people, [redacted], the Service manager is a young vet, & I trust his opinion on things (S/F). [redacted], the Sales Manager, also young, professional demeanor, & one of the the sales people, [redacted], friendly, not pushy. We met [redacted] initially & again, an honest person.
So, the sales people at all the other places (above) at least for us, were just like used car salesmen, We've heard a lot of: "what can u afford monthly", "i have a unit just in for $$$ (almost 2x retail), "sure, we will call you (not- when we just asked for a fair price range)".
& I couldn't believe that a perceived reputable place like camping world, with all their 'good sam' angel-like pr, would have their sales people calling & offering used rv's at 2x over retail. Buyer beware.
Chk Prosser's, its a surprising selection of new & used units, negotiable & with a Revdex.com A+ rating, we felt good about our purchase. Definitely, as good as it gets.
