It should be noted that this elderly gentleman is very forgetfulInitially he called our office three times over two daysEach call was like it was the first time he’d talked to usThe first appointment for an estimate was cancelled because he suffered a strokeHe called us when he was released from the hospitalWe set an appointment for latter the same dayHe called minutes before the scheduled time to ask why the sales representative wasn’t there yetAt times he talked about his deceased wife as though she was still alive
The packing, moving and delivery of his apartment went fine. The problems started over the matter of unpacking. Normally unpacking consists of: removing the items we packed from the cartons, unwrapping them, placing them on a counter or table in the room they belong in and then removing the packing materials. It doesn’t include putting away the items
Unpacking wasn’t part of what he originally hired us to doAt destination he called the office after the truck was unloaded and requested unpackingHe also wanted us to put away the itemsOur crew tried to accommodate this unusual request, but he became upset that items were not placed exactly the way he thought they should beHe started screaming, became verbally abusive and told two of the crew to leaveThe driver continued to try to please him, but he was also told to leave after about an hourHe wasn’t charged for the two crewmen he sent to the truck for the last hour
The next morning the president of our company, the sales representative and the driver went back to his apartment, at no charge, to see what we could do for him. In less than a half hour he became verbally abusive and kicked them out
We always use the utmost care when packing and moving a person’s homeOur company has been in business since If we were “unprofessional”, not “responsive” and “threw everything around” as he alleges; that would not be the case
After talking with our employees that were involved in moving this customer (see comments on the following page), I do not believe he is missing anything. He instructed our crew where to put the china and hatsThen he watched as they put them awayThe location of his medicine was pointed out to him the next day by the president of our company. However, if he would like to file a formal claim, we will send him a claim form

We had an excellent experience with the Prosser team of Chris, Calvin and Edwin All of the furniture we were moving are antiques They took excellent care in wrapping the pieces and moving them into our conditioned storage space They arrived promptly, were very friendly, worked hard and on top of everything, the cost was less than the estimate even though we added more items for them to move than originally planned I will definitely call them again when we are ready to move out of our storage unit

We used Prosser's moving company for our residential move from Saint Louis, Moto Festus, Moin December of John Prosser came over and gave us a initial bid for the move Moving day, trucks and men showed up on time After a brief overview of what we had to move the men started right away They were well organized, very helpful, professional working men All work loading was completed and moved on to new house Again, the men worked in unison organized sequence and finished the move by 3:that day I would recommend this company for all your moving needs Thank you and kudos
