We responded directly to the customer we sold the product to – a US firm. This is a third party that bought the product from our U.S. customer. Our U.S. customer is no longer dealing with them due to their unscrupulous business methods. We denounce this claim 100 % and there is...

Just a few words about a wonderful vehicle transport company “ProStar Automotive Shipping’’ and the dedicated agent Tiffany. I needed to transport a vehicle cross country. As I did my online search for a dependable shipping company I discovered the ProStar website. Needless to say I was impressed. It was so refreshingly forthright and honest I had to find out more. Besides the Revdex.com, everyone who had used their service raved about it.

Everything was set up in a matter of hours. A fair price and exact dates were given. Everything went smoothly, including it arriving in perfect condition, on time and the driver did not rush me when I wanted to inspect the vehicle. When the vehicles seller called me panicked because the truck was minutes late I called Tiffany and she checked to make sure the truck was on its way (turns out it was around the block) even though she was almost out the door for a trip.

Sorry to be so wordy but excellent service and people who are dedicated to their work is not so common today and should be recognized. Thank you, Dennis

We just shipped a car from Baltimore, Maryland to Los Angeles. Thanks to [redacted], and Pro Star Auto Transport, it was an easy experience. I had no idea how careful you needed to be when selecting an auto transport company until I started this process. The driver who was hired to pick up our car was professional, his tractor and rig were very clean, and he suggested a convenient place for us to meet (no surprise he couldn't come down our residential street). The car arrived in California before our requested date with no issues. If I ever have to ship a car again, I will definitely contact Pro Star Auto Transport.

A 5 star company!! We recently used ProStar Auto Transport to ship our car from Surprise, AZ to Brick, NJ. Right from the start they were great to deal with. Tiffany explained everything in detail covering all aspects of the shipping beginning to end. When the time came John the Dispatcher called and explained the driver will be calling with a window of pick-up time and what to expect. Then the next day Eddie the driver called and told us approximately when he will be there. When he arrived, he took great care to examine our car and take pictures. He gave an estimated date of arrival. He loaded the car and off it went. He arrived the night before the estimated date and said we could pick up the car in the early morning (we agreed on a time). He was not able to deliver the car to the door do to the development...too many low trees and narrow streets. So we drove just 5 minutes to a shopping plaza and there was our car in as pristine condition as we gave it to him.With a company like this, you just can't go wrong!

Thank you [redacted] and [redacted] for making shipping my SUV from NJ to HI so easy and fast. As promised, [redacted] picked up our vehicle at the airport hotel in Newark, NJ which allowed us to drive the SUV right up to the day we moved. After just 16 days it arrived in Hawaii and we picked it up 2 days later. It was shipped inside a container over the Pacific Ocean, something you usually have to pay extra for with the other companies. Everything went perfectly and our vehicle is in great condition. A+ rating and 5 stars from us. Mahalo!

I was referred to the website [redacted] and read some of the comments and decided to go with them. I never spoke with anyone verbally everything was done via email. Pro Star Auto made part of my transition very easy. I wasn't sure when I was leaving and [redacted] worked with me. Even though they ran into some issues with their drivers, [redacted] emailed me and informed me everything that was going on. They picked my car up and delivered it as planned. I am very pleased with this company and would definitely use it again. Thank you!

I cannot say enough about how thankful we are that we chose [redacted] with Prostar Auto Transport to handle shipping our two Brand New SUV's across the entire US. We moved from FL to CA and anyone who has made this move knows how challenging it is to uproot your family and move across country. We had to figure out the best way to move our vehicles and make sure they were taken care of. While ProStar was not the cheapest out there I felt way more comfortable dealing with [redacted]. She was honest and upfront about the process and was always accessible to me any time I called to discuss the move. She managed to get a driver assigned to pick up our vehicles within the time frame we specified and delivered in the timeframe we expected (which is extremely rare in auto tranport!). She also put us in direct contact with the driver who was hauling our vehicles and they were great as well. The driver gave us daily updates and let me know of any delays or concerns upcoming in his route. In the end our SUVs were delivered in top condition and we would gladly pay the money again for the peace of mind and professionalism we experienced dealing with ProStar. We spoke to about 10 different auto shippers, most of which were too "used car salesmen" for us and others acted like we were nothing more than a number to them.

After having an unfortunate accident which stranded my car in [redacted], [redacted], I was in need of auto transport. I contacted numerous transport companies, all having their own story as to why they were better than the others. Some were brokers who could make arrangements at anytime, but I found they used extreme high pressure tactics. Other companies were direct transport companies, yet they tooused high pressure tactics. After searching, I finally found [redacted] of ProStar. She was kind and listened on the phone. There was no high pressure sell and she listened to my scheduling needs. She stayed in contact and answered e-mails quickly. To my surprise my vehicle was delivered two days early with no damage. The driver was courteous and polite.

I would recommend ProStar for your transport needs.

I researched several different carrier services to move a SUV from Arizona to North Carolina. Although ProStar was a little more costly than some of the other quotes, I was impressed with their ratings. I provided a date that my vehicle had to be in North Carolina and Tiffany worked with me to ensure that happened. In fact, it was there earlier than my drop-dead date for needing the vehicle. Tiffany worked to keep me informed of the pickup date and transit time. Vehicle arrived with no damage, and in excellent condition. I was very pleased with ProStar and would not hesitate to use them again.

After having completed a thorough research of many car shipping companies, I decided to use ProStar Auto Transport to ship my car from San Francisco, CA to Pittsburgh, PA. I'm incredibly happy with the service for the following reasons:

1) [redacted]- she is wonderfully responsive, honest, knowledgable and is a true professional at what she does. I wish that all service reps, regardless of what industry, are like her. Her professionalism put me at ease.

2) [redacted], who was responsible for getting my car safely across the country is a very sincere, trustworthy and a great guy; such an honest soul. I felt very lucky that he took good care of my car and did everything to reassure me that I was in good hands. He called me, provided me his cell number and encouraged me to contact him at any given time should I have any questions or concerns.

3) I got quotes as high as $2400. The quote ProStar provided (appx. $1200) was by far, what I believe to be the least padded and appeared to be the most upfront and honest charge for services rendered.

4) My car arrived on time and without any damage, issues, etc.. True to his word, [redacted] really took great car of my car.
