I sent back the complaint withdrawal form over a week and a half ago to remove the complaint however the business keeps calling me so I am sick of dealing with itI am tired of playing games with [redacted] so I just want to pursue mediationI have not gotten my refund

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The business response is NOT satisfactory! They did the tile work at no charge because I repaired the damage to the baseboards because of the damage caused when they worked in our computer room.I never did tell Prosteam Carpet Care that I was satisfied with the seams their worker messed up.The machine used to clean the tile grout caused damage to the side of a new washing machine The worker hit the side of the new washing machine when cleaning in front of the washing machine and dryer I called the worker right after he left the job and he would not come back I also asked the owners, of the company, to come to my house to see the damage They refused.I want a full refund of the balance, I paid, of the $ This is for damage to seams and new washing machine Sincerely, [redacted]

I'm sorry I'm just responding to this complaint but I did not see the first noticeWhat I can do for mrs*** is refund the that she paid for the coupon even though we do not get paid for that coupon that she had bought on lineI also want to apologize for the inconvenience that this has
caused mrs*** I'm not sure what the problem was after we did the browning treatment because that should of fixed the problemNone of the products that we use would ever burn the carpet I have never heard of that beforeAgain I want to apologize and I can send a check for the $

We gave him the estimate and we did the work on 9/19/2017. Upon completion he was not happy with the tile work so we did not accept payment from him. The total was $460.25. He was unhappy with the seams of the carpet, on 9/22/we fixed the seams and he was satisfied. On
9/he wanted us to come out and do the tile again. We re-cleaned the tile and grout on 10/and he refused again. We have cleaned his tile and grout twice now without paymentDue to installation we hand cleaned it. Now he's saying that we scratched his appliancesThere are no pictures of the appliances to prove that there are scratches, and I have asked my worker who said that there was no damageWe believe that we have done everything to make this customer happy

I am responding to this complaint which I was felt I was misled we cleaned Jenna's home on Monday 8-1-I got a call on Wednesday the 3rdStating she had called my office on the 1stto complain about the service, but I never got a call that daySo when I spoke to Mrs*** she seemed mad
and told me that since I didn't respond she had filed a complaint with the Revdex.com? When we got off the phone I called the Revdex.com and there was no complaint madeSo at that time I felt she was not being honestShe informed that all she wanted was her $back and that she would cancel the Revdex.com complaintShe never mentioned she was unhappy with the work performed she just felt she was sexually harassed by saying my technician said they could trade services? She said the technician was not specific and it was after he was done cleaning and had collected paymentSo that also confused meI can't see any of my technicians doing such a thingAlso wasn't sure how giving her money back would of resolved that situationI contacted the Revdex.com on different occasions and had them note my account regarding this situation and still no complaint had been madeFinally on the 8thOf August she finally did make a complaint, but that was many days after she said she already had filed a complaint and also cancelled the complaint and she mentioned giving us a good review because of the way we handled the situationSo I'm not sure what to do regarding this situationWas hoping to get feed back from the Revdex.com I have never had anything like this happen before in the 15+ years we have been in business.

I am sending copies of signed contracts from *** ***. Grout was cleaned times and he never payed for it. The seams that we did were corrected. We did not scratch his wash machine

We had Pro Clean Carpet Care clean bedrooms, family room, living room and hallway carpet in our house and are thrilled with the resultsThe technician was professional and worked efficiently to make the time he spent in our home kept to a minimum while doing a great job on our carpetThe carpets look like new, we couldn't be happier!

This customer had us out to clean the carpets she had coffee stains on the carpetWe do pretreat he carpet but the stain came back we did not charge her for this but I told her that if we come back out we would not charge her for the steam cleaning but there would be a charge to remove the stain
She said that was fine and we came back out today with a special solution that is for coffee or brown stains and she refused to let us clean it and said she wanted this done for freeWe can not do things for free and she was aware of the situation

I purchased a [redacted] with skepticism and boy was this company a disappointment. I typically get my carpets cleaned every three to four months and this companyis by far the worst I have dealt with. As expected the service person wanted to up sell me on another type of cleaning. As the old saying goes you get what you pay for and even with a [redacted] I would not use this company again.
