On January 16, 2017, our customer ordered two pairs of Protalus insoles and they were shipped the nextday via USPS Priority Mail.At 1:22pm on March 12, 2017, Protalus received an e-mail from our customer stating "2nd request for infoon how to return this order". Protalus' records indicate this was...

the first contact with our customer sincethe order was placed in January.An hour later at 2:22pm on March 12, 2017, a Protalus customer service representative e-mailed ourcustomer attaching a pre-paid return shipping label. The representative also explained that once the insoleswere received back, a full refund would be credited to the original form of payment.On March 16, 2017 at 12:49pm, Protalus received an e-mail from our customer stating "This is my 3rdrequest for return info ... I will contact the Revdex.com if I do not receive it within the next 24 hours".At 1 :OOpm on March 16, 2017, a Protalus representative again sent an e-mail to our customer attaching apre-paid return shipping label. The representative also explained that once the insoles were received back,a full refund would be credited to the original form of payment.On March 17, 2017, our customer telephoned Protalus' Customer Service Department and indicated thather printer didn't work. Protalus' shipping department printed a hard copy of a pre-paid return shippinglabel and mailed it via USPS to our customer the same day.On March 27, 2017, Protalus received the 2 pairs of insoles from our customer.
