As soon as I tried them, I knew they would not work for me. I contacted Protalus and was offered tips for making them comfortable. I declined their assistance and was told that I was required to keep them for 30 days before they would provide my refund. They never provided the refund, when I inquired as to why, I was told I had waited too long to contact them, notwithstanding my immediate attempts to return the product and get a refund.

Hello!We do see that we were contacted regarding the Protalus order *** and - while we highly recommend wearing them for at least 30 days - it is not required to hold on to them for any period of time in order to return for refund; we know some other companies do have that policy but our 90-day guarantee is designed for the customer. It looks like the first email we received was when the order was already outside of the guarantee; however, I do see that we followed up on 9.2.19 to assist further, and we show the order refunded in full at that time. The full amount of the order will show refunded back onto the original credit card on or shortly after 9.2.19. We recommend reaching out to us if there are any questions regarding the card used, amount refunded, or anything else needed. I can not wear these inserts. I’ve tried to get a refund, sent them back, no reply.
I just want my refund.

Its obvious that Protalus really cares about its customers and I like the way they handled it when I had an issue with the shipping.

HAVE A PROBLEM WEARING TE INSOLES, UNABLE TO CONTACT COMPANY. E-MAILS WON'T WORK.
I HAVE PARKINSON AND NEUREOPATHY, HAMMER TOES. I NEED WHAT COULD BE DONE IN ORDER
TO WEAR THE INSOLES. OTHER WISE I NEED TO KNOW HOW TO RETURN.

I recently ordered a pair pf Protalus orthotic inserts. It was marketed as a solid item, but I don't think these are legit and it seems like a scam. I have wider feet and the website says that these are made for wider feet, but they are not....

I have now been using Protalus inserts for 3 weeks. They have helped me so much that I have now bought four different types that are offered.At the tender age of 63, I had been experiencing knee pain and foot pain from bunions after many years of athletic activities. In just three weeks my bunions have reversed and my knee pain is gone! I smile every day I put my shoes on . Thank you so much for your product!
