I hired Protax Consulting and namely Mr S[redacted], to prepare my tax returns for 2012 and 2013 tax years. This job was done and I fully paid for it. Later on, while trying to solve the problems, related to those tax returns we had a conflict with Mr S[redacted]. After that Mr S[redacted] cut off all communications with me, like email and phone calls.
Now, 3 years later another CPA found possibly very serious error in both of those tax returns. If there is really a problem, not only I owe significant amount for underpayment, I will be responsible for a lot of fees. So my current situation is very difficult and uncertain, which (if there is an error indeed) was created by error made by Protax consulting. But I can't even contact Mr S[redacted] for a question and clarification.
