I am rejecting this response because:I have not received a copy of my agreement, even after months of asking for it. Also, my complaint isn't with the functionality of the alarm; it's with the customer service. We've contacted the business multiple times over months and my girlfriend had called and left voicemails over times, all without a response, so replying to me and saying she never called you is inaccurate. Plus, I don't believe we signed up for a month contract. That is NOT an industry standard; we know multiple people who have signed up with your company and they all only have month contracts.

lower end when it comes to receiving free equipment and installation. As I stated on the phone, I would be happy to send you a copy of your contract. We made several attempts to switch the account into the name of your girlfriend but she did not get back to us. We can only do so much. We did however, do exactly what we promised to do when you signed up for the services. We installed a state of the art security system exactly according to industry standards and trained you fully on how to use and operate the system. We keep extensive records of each account and upon review, we have never had a complaint from you about the functionality of your system. It has worked exactly as promised since it was installed. We made a commitment and we kept our commitment. Which is what we do at Protec. And you also made a commitment to pay for monthly monitoring service for a certain period of time. I will be emailing you a copy of your contract, which clearly outlines the length of the agreement and includes your signature on that same page.
