I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint
I would like an explanation on how the tire was in the vehicle when I had the car towed, and was not in the car when it got thereI want to try to avoid civil lawsuit, but will, if I need toAs I have stated before, the insurance companies adjuster saw the tire in there befor it was towed, as well as my significant otherThere has been multiple issues that my car had been having since I have received my car, and all I am asking is for my tire backThe other issues I can take care of myselfIf I don'tget my tire back, I will be filing civil suit against Protech CollisionI do not want to, but I find it irritating that I have something in that car one minute, then gone the nextAnd I find that my word has no meaning in this disputed, when I have multiple witnesses that I can bring to the table about the females that where rude to me or the insurance company, and the fact that my tire was in the vehicle at the time of tow

The date of my turn in of my vehicle is correct, as was my speaking with himBut, and I have witnesses from not only my own home, but from the insurance company, that there were a few females there that when we talked to them were very rudeAnd as I said, the insurance company, and my significant other saw the tire in the car befor the tow truck came and picked up the carI do not feel I have to pay for anything that I did not loseI do not see how my tire disappears from my own home to the repair shop

In response to Mr.[redacted]'s complaint # [redacted].
He got in a rental veh. on 10-28-14 and didn't bring his veh. to us until 11-12-14. He then ask us to request a supplement for additional damage that his ins. co. denied. they charged him for
the rental for the extra days....
I negotiated the rental for the best deal I could make for him and agreed to pay for 10 days of his rental. I do not employ rude people and there is no indication that
any of my staff was. I even spoke to him on several occasions and I was anything but rude. We did not lose his spare as it wasn't in the car when he brought it in. If it had been we would have put
back in or replaced it if it had been lost. I will be glad to look for another spare from a salvage yard and only charge him whatever we have to pay for it.
