Protech Complete Auto Care

Bought a started August 3rd 2017 from Pro Tech Auto Care and on Feburay 4 the stater stop working and had to be replaced. They sold me a defect starter when it was Supposed to be brand new. I want all my money back $394.95. They scam me out of my money.

I am sorry about what happens with you carIt is the customer responsibility to read the warranty on the invoice when they sign it and follow the way to get the problem solved with there car though the warranty they getIt would have not cost you any money if you follow what the invoice explan clearly.this mater happens with any shop and not just our shop even the Kia delarBut you have to follow the warranty on there reset to get any problem that happend with you car agin

We install the starter on miss [redacted] on 8/3/2017 we give here on here shop invoce number 67873  6 months or 6000 miles which ever come first.she stop by the shop on 2/5/2018 and told us about the car . We told here we can help here to fix the starter by replace it with a new one but she need to...

get the car towed in back to shop and it will not cost here any charge . The only things we do not cover any tow of car and this statement is listed on her invoiced about that and about the warranty.she said her mom want her to take the car to the Delear. I told her we did not manfuture the starter at last shop . We buoght the starter from the part Delear shop . Some time this happen a new part can get defected no matter who makes the part so it is not owed shop False it is on the manefacture . We are not to get blam. On here invoce which she signed it said if the vehicle is taken to anther repair facility for repairs it will be solely at the customers expense.
