I was very impressed with the work done and the customer service delivered. These days its hard to come by businesses that provide Excellent knoweldge and impecable customer service. This Company does both. Xavier has responded to our garage problems twice same day called. Trouble shooted over the phone and could pedict the problem and solution before showing up. He was very prepared, friendly and helpful. I would recomend this company to anyone that needs garage help. We will definately use them in the future.

They are unprofessional and do not do what they promisethey gave me a hour window and said they would call hr before heading to my homethey did not call, they text and only had min to get therethey didn't have part so they said Monday, no one called me on MondayI called and they said, NO, Tuesday so I said okand again no one called me Tuesday so I called and they said YES FOR SURE SOME ONE WILL BE THEREno one showed up or called on TuesdayI called to complaint and the receptionist was very unprofessional and rude(THIS WAS TO FIX MY GARAGE DOOR )

Service tech showed up late, said he would replace opener no problemHe would call before five to let us know whenFour days later we called company and they informed us they could not fix doorService tech gladly received our $and replied he would be back to fix itWhen we were able to get them on the phone they would not return the $or fix the doorVery unprofessional when spoke to them on the phoneThey were uncooperative and told me to call someone else to fix our opener
Terrible experience or I wouldn't be wasting my time reporting them

Scammer! My garage door went out recentlyI called my home warranty company and they sent Protech Garages LLC out to look at itHe arrived on time and began inspecting the door and openerHe started by saying my door was out of balance and needed a great deal of workHe then took apart the opener and told me I needed a new oneHe was VERY pompous! Not professional at allHe then proceeded to tell me how home warranty companies workSaying that times out of they wont replace the opener unless I get the work done on the door itselfI told him to send me an estimate and we would go from thereHe said he would forward the information to the home warranty company and get back to me the next dayHe took a $diagnostic fee and leftThe next day I receive an estimate in my email for $This was for the "repair" work that "needed" to be done to the doorWhen I saw this and the detailed charges I thought it was quite high and out of the ordinaryI didn't hear anything back so I messaged him asking if that was my out of pocket expense to get the door fixedHe said yes, he got the door opener replacement approved with the stipulation that I get the "repairs" to the door done as wellHe said it would actually be $(another $because my deductible is $100) but he would make it an even $500, like he was doing me a favorThis didn't sound right to me so I called the home warranty company only to find out HE NEVER REPORTED THE DIAGNOSIS TO THEM! Instead, he was trying to charge me for all this work that didn't need to be done, which would cover the charge of the opener and installation, then get it approved through the home warranty and pocket the extra cashWhen I told the home warranty about this, they sent another technician outThis technician agreed that the door opener needed to be replaced, but the work that "needed" to be done to the door was all BSNow the first guy wont answer my phone calls or text messages, as well as the calls and voicemails left from the home warranty companyThis happened in the Oklahoma City areaThe technician's name is ReggieI hope you read this, Reggie, because this is for you...FK YOU!!

I truly believe I could not of chosen a better company to come out and fix my garage door! I had lots of issues with my garage door like screeching wheels, the door was a little crooked at the top and the last straw was that the spring broke so it finally became inoperable When the technician came out I thought I'd be buying a whole new garage door but he advised that I only needed a new spring, new wheels and a door adjustment Obviously this was way cheaper than buying a new door which I thought was needed It is nice to know there are still companies out there that have their customers best interest at heart rather than just their own wallet The technician even cleaned out all of the black grease in the tracks that the old home owner put there to try and quiet down the door I had no idea that this grease wasn't supposed to be there in the first place but It makes sense now once the tech showed me the bad bearings in the wheels and I saw the door operating with no grease and new wheels Very happy customer and would recommend this company to anyone!
