records & we do not have [redacted] as our registered customer which subsequently implies that none of the amount was charged to the above mentioned customer.I understand her concerns about ongoing malpractices in the IT Support sector and being proactive in our approach, our Company policies states that we are independent company & has no connections with [redacted], apple, etc. This is clearly mentioned in our Customer Service Agreement. Moreover, we charge the customer only after 48 hrs after getting a clearance from our customer service department that services have been properly delivered, implemented & customer is fully satisfied with our services.
