Proteck sealed my house and trapped all the rodents out they did a great job very nice folks!!!

We were recommended by the Facebook Oviedo page due to the great reputation of this company. The employees of the company were very knowledgeable and didn't find it offensive that we asked a lot of questions. Who likes to have rats dying in their attic! They came out and looked at various ways the rats could get in and they sealed all of the areas including underneath the garage door. We didn't realize we had any openings but they looked and found quite a few. The pricing seemed a little high but not sure how their pricing compares to other companies. We trusted the recommendations and didn't feel the need to find get another estimate. They did a great job! I would highly recommend them. They fixed the problems and we haven't had any issues since.

I used ProTech to remove rats from my house I got several estimates they were the cheapest and most thorough company they inspected all my attic and the whole roof before determining a solution they got the rats out very quickly the service was perfection I would recommend them to anyone!

Tried to use this company - technician Rob seemed very knowledgeable. I said before signing any contract I requested 2 customer references that had used their services 3 yrs ago or more and still satified with critter seal up. I think this is a reasonable request when a company claims they do it right the first time and you will never have issues again. Chris the owner refused to provide me with 2 customer references saying he felt uncomfortable contacting his old customers to provide customer references. Red flag #1. What company doesn't like to give customer references to have bragging rights of satisfied customers? Chris the owner told me to view protek amazing online reviews and Revdex.com A+ accreditation. Protek hasn't even been a Revdex.com active member for a year. Barley longer than 6 months- Red Flag #2. Protek technician Rob said they have been in business for 5 years however Revdex.com shows they have been active business for only 2 years.And yelp online reviews listed are terrible and business page customer reviews are all recent last 6-12 months. All very inconsistent reviews. Chris claims their company has lowest reentry rate but has no long term satisfied customers nor hard facts to back up these inflated claims. I am posting this review to make others aware to DO YOUR RESEARCH! I had already paid a pretty penny a few years ago to a critter company with same claims etc and I trusted them. Only to learn less than 5 years later and spending a lot of $$$ for seals they didn't work. So not sold on on fact this comanys claims their seals are any better - and when owner refuses to provide me with actual satisfied customer references and becomes defensive how dare I request such a thing - it makes you start to wonder.
