Protect-A-Cote

We had our driveway sealed by Protect a Cote last May. First they applied sealant on a day that heavy rain was forecast. And it did rain, spattering the coating on the house, basement windows, the front walk, the patio, the steps to the patio and the front of the garage including two doors. A disgusting and unsightly mess which we have lived with for over 3 months. We called the next day and sent photos of the problem to them. The company's answer was to come out and re apply the coating on a day it did not rain. They said a foreman would check the damage and call us with a schedule to fix the problem. We have called at least 3 times with the same result- a promise that the mess would be cleaned and we would hear from them, but no call back and no cleaning. The last call we made, we spoke with the owner. The only response we get is the invoice (sent to us twice), which of course, we have not paid. We were happy to pay it if the problem had been resolved in a timely manner. We can not be more dissatisfied! We have heard NOTHING from the company let alone seen any effort on its part to resolve this matter.
