This is the worst scan in auto warranty historyThey take advantage of poor older females by selling a product that they never intend to honorI will go Facebook, Twitter and any other social media avenue to avoid this from happening to any one else

I was called today by this companyI was offered a plan to cover my car a nominal priceI was transferred to a sales rep once the initial caller verified my car qualifiedShe gave an offer that was a little too high for me to take care of today, so she transferred me to a third rep who offered me a discount so I could get startedI figured I'd look at the Revdex.com reviews while he entered my informationI took the offer, despite the bad reviews I saw here At no point did I feel pressured to buyAll three representatives were thoroughly professional and I highly recommend themI didn't catch the first rep's name, but the second one was Towana (sorry didn't get your last name) and the rep that offered me a discount was named Marcus D I feel that this business could get better feedback if they made customers understand pre-existing conditions are not coveredIt seemed like none of the reviewers for this company understood that I am very happy to have started a policy based on the customer experience I've had so farI hope this trend continues and I hope this plan makes sense to keep

I wasn't really sure how to go about filing a claim so I called PMC and the staff were very profesional and polite They guided me through the process and I chose the auto shop I wanted to use The auto shop handled the actual claim - just a phone call for authorization and called me back to pick up my car and pay my deductible Smooth process all the way around btw- the auto shop remarked to my wife that this was one of the better extended warranties they'd ever seen and seemed surpised at how smooth the process was

You have days to review your contract, it took them weeks to send me the warranty contractAnd now they have informed me that they are going to change their company name to Protect My Car and are no longer using Solace? I am cancelling my warranty contract with them and lets see if they send me my down payment? Hope I do

If their customer service in times of need is as good as when selling their product I will be absolutely satisfied and will recommend this company! I already told my wife that she should look into this when her factory warranty runs out on her new Fusion
I had been looking into warranties lately for my Explorer with 98,milesIts in perfect shape but I like a peace of mindI finally decided to "bite" tonight after months of shoppingI got years and 100,miles of coverage for less than $3,I don't think you can beat that with a stick! One engine or transmission issue will cost more than that
I hope to never need to use it but am glad its thereI would also like to commend Steve ***He seemed to not have the answers to multiple questions but he did not hesitate to find the answer and patiently waited on hold while I consulted my Wife
I feel more at rest now, and for atleast 100,miles! Again I don't want to be on vacation in Florida and have a motor blow up but now I know I wont be in as bad a situation!
As I have found, you WILL find bad reviews on any companyThat was my hesitation on any warranty company but if you think about it everyone is going to write a review when its bad, but not near as many write a review when it is good so keep that in mindAnd to see so few bad reviews tell me the number must be small!
And best of all they work with you on payments and everythingYou wont find that at a dealershipI will never buy an extended warranty from a dealer again

I have received two telemarketing phone calls from this company, and they have been by far the rudest phone calls I've ever received (even by telemarketing standards) The most recent call was this morning and the person completely ignored what I was saying and just kept pushing forward like a robot (he wasn't, it was a real person) with his script After getting repeatedly ignored I asked if I was on mute, and guess what, still no response from this clown Based on these phone calls alone I would never do business with this company If they're not willing to listen to a customer in the initial phone call, why would I think they would listen when I needed to submit a claim Good first impressions are important, and in this Solace has complete failed

Hello, I am a customer as of yesterdayObviously I am still in my day period before my actual "coverage" starts but the gentleman that sold me this policy I feel needs recognitionHasan *** answered every question I had and adjusted my down payment multiple times ask I could afford to start it right thenHasan made me feel extremely comfortable with my decision and I expect nothing but excellent service from protect my car when the time comes that I need their services

I just signed up with Protectmycar.com, Robert *** was very helpful and gave me a great supreme deal, he really explained in fine detail what is coveredI felt very confident in joining, and wasn't pressured at all to buyThank you Robert for a pleasant conversationI will be writting another review once I've use it

Highly recommend to not use this company. The company will do whatever it can to get out of a claim. They will create multiple excuses and will take forever to process the claim. We had an issued identified and a plan to repair was in place. SOLACE claimed it was pre-existing without any documentation outside of a guess. Waste of time and money.

I just signed with this company. While talking to them, Robert in specific, I was researching the company. He was very generous and very helpful. I am hoping that I will continue to have good experiences. Since I just signed, I can't say if they honor what they say or not. But I am very confident that this company means what they say.

High pressure sales call when you call back you have to deside at that moment or price goes up majorly
