We received the
complaint for Ms. [redacted] on March 30, 2016 at which time we feel
this complaint is completely meritless and in no way has any basis
regarding her allegations. I spoke to Ms.
[redacted] on March 28, 2016 as well as speaking to the Office Manager
Dawn M[redacted] on March 29, 2016. At...

both times we tried to reason with
Ms. [redacted] and resolve this accordingly. However, Ms. [redacted] is
alleging that there are four leather coats that are missing, each
valued at $500.00 apiece. We have asked Ms. [redacted] numerous times
for any type of documentation and brand name that we can cross
reference for pricing so we can prepare and resolve this matter
amicably. We now receive this Revdex.com complaint and
again we feel it is completely unnecessary.Protect Restoration
has documentation with no records of any leather coats in Ms.
[redacted]’s procession or property and according to Ms. [redacted],
Protect Restoration had other issues with Ms. [redacted] and have made
good with all issues in which Ms. [redacted] had wrote due to the fact
there was obvious proof that Protect had done something to be
rectified and it has been done in this case. Another point we
feel is disingenuous is that this is two months after the claim has
been settled she moved back into her property and again she is just
spitting a number at us regarding the $500.00 per coat which again we
have zero proof that Protect had pulled any coat which I am putting
the logs which the workers had pulled the dry cleaning and attached
for your consideration. As you can see there are many items that
Protect Restoration had pulled and all items have been returned to
Ms. [redacted]’s satisfaction. We have also inventoried every box in
which Ms. [redacted] and Protect had packed out of her property which we
are also attaching for your consideration and shows that there is
nothing in any part of this regarding four leather jackets that Ms.
[redacted] is alleging we had taken and not returned. We do not wish to
be difficulty in this matter we are just asking for simple
documentation and/or any type of idea of what Ms. [redacted]’s
personal property she is alleging was taken. We have not called Ms.
[redacted] a liar at any stage of this process; we are just stating
facts to her that we don’t have any record of these four leather
coats. We have looked through our photographs, our warehouse cameras
where the clothing was processed and no leather coats have turned up.We feel that this
complaint again is disingenious and has zero merit regarding her
complaint and wish to rectify this problem amicably with Ms. [redacted]
and are trying to do so at this time. If you have any
questions or problems, please don’t hesitate to contact me at

 Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:The inventory provided by Protect Restoration is incomplete. It does not list many of the items that were taken from my home. There were many coats taken, most of which were returned except the 4 coats in question.  I do not have any records or receipts for the purchase of the coats. I don't have records or receipts for any of the clothing, furniture, dishes, accessories or any of the multiple items that are in my home. I may be mistaken about the cost of the coats. They were purchased at different times, from different places and I truly do not recall the actual cost of them. I looked online for similar coats, to replace the missing coats and that is how I determined the cost.
It took a while for me to realize these items were missing because I didn't need them right away.  During the colder winter days, I wore heavier winter coats. When the days started to warm up and I wanted to wear less heavy coats, I looked for my leathers which are gone.  Also, when I was able to move into my home, Mike O'[redacted] told me that I may notice things that need to be addressed. He asked me to keep a list and let him know a month or 2 later, so that I wouldn't have to keep asking him to come back to my home.
Also, it was suggested to me, by Mike O'[redacted], that one of his girls may have taken my coats. I attached a photo a text conversation where Mr. O'[redacted] states that his girls had been fired for similar situations. I promise that I am being perfectly honest about my missing coats. However, they were taken from my home by Protect Restoration and were not returned. Furthermore, I had a great working relationship with Mr. O'[redacted] and his staff. It was a pleasure working with each one of them while they were in my home. It's very upsetting to me that things have turned out this way.
