I don't know where to start with this business. Within the month that I had this system I have had nothing but problems, false alarms, frequent daily messages that my system was not receiving signal, alarm not working period etc you name the issue I had it. Calling Support was a a waste of time they never resolved the issue although I had the DIY system with all the issues I had they never once offered to send out a tech to make it there priority that I had the protection I needed for my family and home instead I got the run around from oh we will send you a new part to oh we are sorry we will send you a return label after I was fed up with their ..I NEVER RECEIVED EITHER THE PART OR MY RETURN LABLE AND ITS BEEN OVER 2 WEEKS NOW..THIS BUSINESS DESERVES A -0 THERE ADVERTIMENT IS COMPLETELY FALSE!!!

This, by far, has to be the at the top of my list of horrendous companies I've had the utter displeasure of trying to do business with. Avoid at all costs! I would NEVER consider recommending this company to anyone. If I could leave a negative star rating I would. You've been warned.
Do not move or they not only make you sign a new contract and are told it's transferring service but they make it longer! Our original contract was 36 months. We had to move for work but our house wasn't done and we lived in our RV for 6 months. They made us sign a 42 month contract PLUS added 6 months because of the suspend service. When we spoke to them it was an extension on our previous contract. Every few months our payment goes up and when we initially had the system set up we were told it would never go up.
