I am rejecting this response because: If the vehicle was in perfect condition prior to driving off the lot it would not have broken down less then hours of having itAnd I was assured the vehicle was fixed but if that where true I would not be having the same issue with the vehicle only months after having it fixed as I did the same day I drove off the lot with itTo not even have the car months the head gasket has been fixed the engine was suppose to have been rebuilt but was not so now here it is needing to be replaced which is adding up to be almost as much as what I paid for the vehicleI am being realistic in what my desired outcome would be, this vehicle is after all a lemon Regards, [redacted]

I regret that the check engine light came on MrsMays car .MrsMays car is actually in perfect running order, she is still currently driving the car, to this dayThe check engine light came on, after she bought the car.The code showed for a oil pressure switch sensor, witch has no drivability concerns whatsoever.This is caused by engine oil, either low or dirty, or sensor failure I would've happily made this repair, for the customer if she would've given us the chance.Instead she chose to be extremely combative, personally attack me , my dealership, and then file a complaint with the Revdex.com and and on social mediaAll this over a inexpensive, simple, check engine light.However, we sell older cars with higher mileage, and sell all of them as is, with no written,or implied warrantyDavid [redacted] Owner C and H Discount Auto We do this in writing.David [redacted]

I went to the above address on 5/**/to use there services for the shipment of a commercial Bin to Trinidad & Tobago, which they informed me the cost to send such commercial Bin $US dollars & cost of empty Bin $US dollarsI paid full amount totaling in $US dollars in cash, got my receipt signed unfortunalety their professionalism was unacceptable & I choose to not do further business with themMy commercial Bin has reach Trinidad but they are not honoring the receipt claiming that I still owe a balance & have not paid them, the company is presently withholding the necessary paper work needed to have my commercial Bin clear by costumes porting department in TrinidadI have all my receipts which proves I don't have any balanceThey are demanding that I pay balance of $US before I can receive the paper work that is needed to complete delivery & now they have added on storage fees $Per day from yesterday Wednesday June ***

Cox simply has to be the worst cable service available The representatives have ABSOLUTELY NO CONCERN for what you ask I've had to call back multiple times over the same issues with billing and channel lineups They constantly change prices and discontinue channels without letting you know in advance Also, I've had agents change the channel package to which I was subscribed and told me that they discontinued that package I then went online and chatted with another agent, only giving them my zip code and said I was interested in that particular package and she quoted the price for it and said it was all still availableBasically, another agent liedSpeaking with a supervisor is the equivalent of consulting Barney the Dinosaur- totally futileI was overcharged by $110, and the supervisor did not want to credit the money back to me, though she admitted that the charge was incorrectOh, that particular supervisor was in the "loyalty" department, so imagine had I not been a "loyal customer"
I wonder if their upper management team ever reads the online reviewsNONE are positive reviews I also am not sure how their rating is A+ on here, considering 100% of their reviews on here are negative

It's was the worst experience with a shipping company poor, rude, disrespected & violent service, After paying in full...cash for my commercial Bin to be shipped to Trinidad & having a receipt to prove this, this company claimed I owed them a balancing with No documentation to prove their accusations only to rob me, withholding the necessary ducumentation that is needed to clear my Bin from customs port in Trinidad they decided to extort money from me not only did they do so but they didn't even notify the receiver till after days had passed to apply a large storage feeI would Never again use this company even if they were the last shipping company in existenceI wouldn't even give them a starDid so because I was prompted to in order to write my review beBusiness that make up there on rules as they go along should be shut down immediately

We regret any problems  she is having. The Mercedes has had its oil changed here before. No problems. All we did was change her oil and oil filter. Very Basic with no concerns. Never touched the transfer case never. Mechanic has been changing oil for 20 years Definitely knows the difference...

Had cox installed and within 3 months my service failed three times and needed a service tech to come out. Each time it took a week to get a tech out to fix their product. After the third outage in three months I had contract canceled and was charged early termination fee. I was never credited on my bill for doing with out the services while they was broke.

I am rejecting this response because: when I bought the car I was told by them if I had a problem they would do all they could do to fix the problem because all they wanted to do was earn Mt business. I took the car to them after the check engine light came on and at the time he told me he didn't have a mechanic for some reason at the time. He told me he was going to be hiring one on the following Thursday. At this point I was tired or the run around he was giving me. By this time the check engine light had came on two times. He had used the device that showed the code to also cancel it. I have since took it to the Honda dealership because it came on again and that is why I filed a complaint with the Revdex.com. It cost me more than $600.00 to fix a problem that happened after driving the car less than 50 miles. The main reason for me taking the problem to social media was to let people know what kind of problems I've had with them. By doing so I found out I wasn't the only person who had been deceived by this dealer.If they want to pay for the repairs that would make me happy since he said he would have been willing to fix the problem. By this time, I had lost faith in anything from them and had doubts about them fixing the car the way it should have been. I'm sure anyone who was in my position would have felt the same way. The problem is fixed and he is saying that he would have fixed it, then I would be happy with being reimbursed for the repairs that were done to get the car running right. It wasn't just the oil pressure causing the problem as he is trying to make it sound. If I had continued to drive the car the way it was the motor would have blown. An oil change wasn't going to fix the problem as the owner was trying to convince me.

Reminder of your Policy terms: Our goal is to satisfy our customers by exchange, refund, or repair, as outlined in this policy.

My experience with your customer service representatives and managers did not display nor execute this clause in your policy to its full capacity. In addition, I am not please with the disingenuous and dishonest negotiations that I received over the phone. I question Cox communication ethics for the mishandling of my order, bill, and overall customer service. Cox gave me misinformation concerning my bundle offer and they screwed my order up. In addition, Cox upside me a dvr that I had no knowledge of and that was not requested by me. Now they refuse to drop a $61.32 charge that they caused by adding that different equipment to my bill. Cox is now hassling and threaten me with a final notice to report to the credit beareau with fibrous charges. Will someone contact me by email or phone call to let me know if this situation is being resolved? Please investigate this matter without prejudice. Be true to what you wrote on paper in your policy terms!

And I was assured the vehicle was fixed but if that where true I would not be having the same issue with the vehicle only 2 months after having it fixed as I did the same day I drove off the lot with it. To not even have the car 6 months the head gasket has been fixed the engine was suppose to have been rebuilt but was not so now here it is needing to be replaced which is adding up to be almost as much as what I paid for the vehicle. I am being realistic in what my desired outcome would be, this vehicle is after all a lemon.
