We have refunded the customer the amount that was commensurable to the late arrival of bus and she has accepted that amountThis complaint really comes as a surprise because this situation was discussed at length with the Sales Manager Please remove this complaintThank you

I am rejecting this response because:The fact that there was a language barrier was only one of the issues The main issue is poor service and unprofessional business practice First and foremost, n a rainy day, the driver had an itinerary which clearly stated that the first pick up was at *** ***; he had people out in the rain waiting for him Then when he had to pick us up from the museum, he had elderly as well as disabled people standing out in the heat We were inconvenienced and over and hour and a half late for our lunch appointment because we did not have a bus to transport us to the venue The driver was missing well over 1/hours and no one from the company would answer my calls while I was trying to locate him.We paid $for this service and $is not an acceptable refund I would prefer at least half back because we only received partial service.I am not please with the amount of refund you decided to send back and since I never received a call from the manager to discuss my concerns, I'm really displeased with the entire company I would like an additional refund as well as want my complaint to be posted by the Revdex.com.Regards,

Metropolitan Shuttle accidentally charged client twice because an Invoice was created with one number and then a Sales Order was created.  We track our charges by the Sales order number and that is why we only saw one charge.  When [redacted]l phoned the office, yelling and over talking...

everything we were trying to discuss, we asked her to provide us with a bank statement showing two charges and that would be our first step.  At that time we could only see one charge because we were looking up the sales order number only.  We have found our mistake and we have credit [redacted]l's card back.
