We were called about replacing a part and performing the labor to install the part. We provided a...

quote. Weeks later work was approved, but then they wanted to get the part themselves and just have us just do the work. They were to call when ready. Then they had difficulty getting part so wanted us to get it again. By that time the part was not in stock from the manufacture and had to come from out of country. we expedited but it still took time. Then manufactures rep company never us called to tell us part was in. We finally tracked part down with them and requested it to be sent overnight, had tech waiting at [redacted] for part in morning, no part showed up, called company someone made mistake in shipping. Come to find out customer had part already from somewhere.....so they said to cancel the part order then we had to request credit back from where we ordered it. We performed part installation work as requested and paid for. Full refund for the part has been issued to the customer.

Review: Hired this company to do a repair for us, they said part would take 5-7 business days and we had to pay in full prior to them ordering the part. SO we did, and for over a month she stated the part was not in, then final she called me to schedule the repair the part was in and she had it in her hand, so we made an appointment, the day of the appointment, she called to cancel because she said her tech was at [redacted] picking up the part and it did not come in. Fortunately I had received the part from my dealer because this was a warranty issue, so I told her we had the part and she consented to do the repair as scheduled. I asked her for a refund for the parts not received, she said I had to wait until she got her refund, finally a month later she emailed me and asked me if I got the check, no I did not, she said she would look into it ,and get back to me, she never did. All along I have been leaving messages and sending emails, no reply for months, finally she said she will cut me a check again , and again I never received the refund. She said she would call me, no call, no emails, so here we are almost 6 months since I gave her $4580.00 and still no call, no refund no reply to my emails. Horrible , just horrible to take someone money, never supply the part you paid for that you never got and then never give you your money back.Desired Settlement: I would like my refund in Full for product never received.
