Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: Very Much of their reply is wrong The total was not discussed prior to the work being started beyond me confirming that the work would be done within hours The work took hours The credit card was not thrown at anyone it was slammed on the counter given that they threatened to keep my car if I did not pay The keys were not forgotten, the secretary did not wish to give them to me The business simply quoted me a price and a time and they charged me more and took longer then promised As far as verbal abuse from my Grandmother she simply called to speak with someone to inform them that she was there when the call was placed and she heard the same price I did In stead of someone helping her she was given the runaround to the point that they initially refused to speak to her and ultimately made her speak to different people claiming to be the manager prior to speaking with the owner The owner himself was incredibly rude to her and was unhelpful Given that the owner blatently lied to me about the price and was unwilling to even meet me halfway if there was some sort of miscommunication (which there was not given that I was quoted very clearly for two doors and for four), I highly doubt that this matter will be resolved to my satisfaction

protector incorporated <protectorincorporated@[redacted].com>Jun 11 (8 days ago)This email is a follow up in re-guards to the incident that occurred on the June 15 2015 .The customer made a call to our shop to purchase keyless entry on his vehicle.[redacted] When he proceeded to come pick his car up...

and to finish the payment on the job the secretary told the remaining balance on the total job ; total job being 600$ and deposit was made at 200$ for 50% of the parts that had to be ordered and the remaining balance of 400$. The customer was concerned with the price , the secretary came and got the tech to talk to him and explain again the total price. customer proceeded to throw his credit card at me and secretary took his payment he snatched the card out of her hand and signed the receipt and went to leave the place of business and forgot his keys and snatched the keys out of her hand. About an hour or so later the grandmother of the customer called and hassled us about the amount of job , I told her I wasn't going to take the verbal abuse over the phone and explained to her that before the job was started the total was explained how much everything was going to be and there was  no issue so the job was started and completed without complications.
