I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
I will consider the matter resolved when I have the photos/DVD or a refund in hand. If they actually did ship in mid May, why did they not respond to my email or phone calls?

I mailed these to her in mid May but will gladly send out another DVD and pictures I will get the tracking number to the Revdex.com.Leanne Glass
