contracts. Since this is the only time you have complained since we began your service a year ago, I can only refund you $85 for the month. I wish you would have said something when you were  first unhappy. You did not pay March yet but I will not change you and also refund an additional month (February). I can not give you any other months free since we have messages from you and you never said anything about bad service. I have a message from you on 9/5/16  and you never said anything bad at all. You were happy with services.Also, as for holidays and vacations: we only take Thanksgiving and Christmas off. I have the notice (attached) that told you in a text message we would be off those holidays. The text was dated 11/21/16. I also have a message from you on 9/5 and again, you never said anything negative. As for the sand change; that was in March 2016 (over a year ago) and there is no way I can give you a refund for something done over a year ago. If you were not happy with service, I wish you brought it to our attention at that time and not a year later. You have been with us for over a year and never complained.
