Review: I took my [redacted] in for a oil change a few months ago when it was done I got in my car and the drivers side window did not want to roll up I ask the guy working there and he really didn't understand me his English was not to good so he made gestured with his hands that he pulled down window with his hand cause key was inside I told him he needed to fix it he open up the panel on the door and it look like he fixed it cause window went up . I payed for my oil change and left. when I got home window didn't work so I brought it back later that day . I spoke to the owner [redacted] and told him what happen he then started to tell me I'm lying and I told him witch guy it was he then said something like it couldn't be him he just started to work here I then said that the guy admitted to me and he even tried to fix it . [redacted] called me a liar and that god was going to punish me .I was so shocked that he would react that way and I knew I wasn't going to get anywhere so I told him I was going to report him he just laughed at me. I can't believe I went in for a oil change and came out with a broken window. My brother in-law and sister take there cars there to they have been so patient with him about issues with there cars . This passed Monday they took there car there next day nothing was done to there car so I went with him to go pick up there car and take somewhere else.Complaints :There very rude they don't look at you when your asking question about there car they walk way . They don't answer your questions .They always ask for cash They call You liarsThey are very dishonest and unprofessional.Desired Settlement: I would like to know if anyone else has had any issues with Protek auto and yes I would like them to fix the window that they broke. This is not asking for much all I want is some honesty we are trusting them to do there job . And for them to do one job on your car and then they brake something else and admit and they denyeny it .
